Oremus sings Rož, Podjuna, Zila

The priests visited the diocesan offices in Marquette on Nov. 18. The group made a Baraga pilgrimage to Grand Rapids and the Upper Peninsula following a Slovenian celebration in Illinois. On their pilgrimage in the Diocese of Marquette they visited Sault Ste. Marie, Marquette, Baraga and Assinins. The visiting members were Likar Sebastjan, Župan Andrej, Čizman Marko, Avsenik Janez, Orazem Bogdan, Zlobko Martin, Lampret Marjan and Rihtarsič Janez, leader of the octet. The group comes from the Archdiocese of Ljubljana and the Diocese of Novo Mesto in Slovenia, the country in which Bishop Frederic Baraga was born.
