In this interview or in any other interview , the people who sit in the place of judge are the people who see how the person reacts to the statements and behavior. Like they see how the person is, whether the person is definitely eligible for such a work or not. So if you have such a quality, like the main quality is to speak up. Speaking describes your personality. Speech given by you should make the great sense. And this is all which makes the interview to its level best 🎉

Mistake- interviewer asks -akshat jain? He says yes Then interviewer says "akshat give a brief description about yourself" He says "sir my name is akshat jain" Interviewer already asked him that, and also called him by his name, repeating the same thing shows that he had crammed the introduction and could be a negative point in the eyes of the interviewer.

In this case, the word "sir" is a very good choice, because that's what you refer to your superiors in the Industry, not to forget that he still was a student at the time of the interview. It's not considered servitude mentality when you're a student and you refer to a teacher/guider/someone who's already well versed and experienced in a profession, as 'sir'.
