The advice bit, if that happens to you on the way to work, don't go back to work, you are too sick to work! Stay home. Also immodium is only if uou are caught out, it would basically be to get you home. If you are that violently sick your body needs to get rid of it, taking immodium will make it worse when it does come! You could make yourself (and possibly others) dangerously ill, please be careful with yourselves.
