We should ignite our passion by watching enjoyable videos (like YOURS!) and not ignite our anger by watching videos that are full of negativity! There are a lot of things that we can not change in this world. Dwelling on negativity only makes our lives worse, find your passion and use it to create your world of positivity! One's happiness can only be acquired by a person achieving contentment, joy and a sense of well-being. Start by finding yourself in nature! Thanks for your wise words, Bjørn! 😊

As I have said so often. When I walk in the countryside, I let the rhythm of my footfalls dictate my breathing and heartbeat. My mind becomes so clear that it automatically homes in on the sounds of nature. Negativity has no foothold. It’s a nice place to be. Be at peace, Bjorn.

I have been anxious, restless, unhappy most of my life. Social media has been gas to the flames..Latest years i have made great progress. Healing my traumas and meditation have been main keys. But what has been one of the greatest tools for healing has been re-connecting with nature. Latest months have been speeding up the process. I moved from big city to rural, countryside. Reduced social media time..Also started in a school to be wilderness guide. Never been more certain of myself 😊

That last sentence in your comment is my message to others like yourself. Not grieving hard now will manifest itself later without warning and my experience of failing to do so was quite harsh. We humans have major issues with this kind of loss. Time flies doesn't it? Consider this a speedbump.. Chin into the wind and lean into it because we're next. My condolences.

There was a study made on patients who underwent brain surgery. The doctors stimulated different areas of the brain during the surgery and the majority of patients preferred the part of the brain that stimulates frustration and anger. Just came to think about it when you mentioned that the algorithm rarely shows positive things. Many people choose anger over positivity sadly.

My hobbies give me peace. And no, spending half of the day on a phone like most others my age is not one of them. People always seem surprised at the amount of hobbies I have when I have a job and other life stuff going on. "How do you have the time?" I am always asked. "How do you NOT have the time?" is always my response. Answer is because all the time that I spend playing music, woodworking, going on walks, learning about the world - people spend that same time doing effectively nothing and arguing with complete strangers about the same nothing online.

Another great video, Bjorn outside is best Bjorn! Great message too. And its so important to read a real book sometimes rather than reading a screen. I firmly believe that reading books makes us smarter, reading the internet makes us dumber. There's just something different about what a real book does in the wiring of the brain. I've recently started enjoying books outside again. What a combination! Charles Sage, author of Potters' Run.

As I sit pensively under their wings my faith is restored in the balance of things. If I listen to nature and abide by life's laws and ever be humble let that be my cause This simple pleasure sitting under a tree is one of the joys of a spirit that's free. Part of a poem I wrote in 2014 when most days I would walk in the woods with my German Shepherd ,find a fallen tree to sit on ,a flask of coffee and just sit there .A very simple pleasure ''The mundane is the miraculous'' Much missed now I don't drive but I have a lovely garden with many trees.

True my long life, with ups and downs, I have used natur to find some peace and to heal my soul. As an old, retired man, I now use my car and long cartrips to give me some peace. I have no TV, radio or computer with me. Only my phone, but that stayed closed for long periods during this trips. And I use hours to enjoy the natur around me, and to clear my mind by let everything in my life get lost in my mind for some time. Reflecting on the life itself, if you may say.
