I really like this channel, and I have learned much from your lectures/streams. Only please don't put exaggerated facial expressions in the thumbnails. It just looks cringy, like mediocre KZbinrs who make such facial expressions for attracting their dopamine-overloaded viewers, whose attention span is lesser than that of a fish. Please, a calm smile would be better.

Unfortunately that's to please the algorithm. It recommends videos with those faces more, it even affects the likelihood of it showing up for subscribers (regardless if they hate the thumbnail or not).

I prefer no * within the comment. It helps being able to expand the definition easier. /** @type { Foo } */ vs /** * @type { Foo } */ So you can do this pretty easily: /** @type {{ foo: 'bar' | 'baz' | 'buz', bar: string, }} */
