AOE2 Challenge #12 | NO HOUSES?

In this challenge I have to play as Slavs and not make a single house. The reason for this challenge is that each military building of the Slavs give +5 population. This was actually played during my 24 hour stream about 10 months ago.

Got a challenge idea for you Viper. "Mirror Game" Play mirror civ, and you cannot produce any unit you don't yet see your opponent creating (Except vills). So then, when you see an enemy archer, you can start making archers. Only after seeing a skirm, can you make skirmishers. Win by outplaying, rather than by counter units. Challenge two: "Defense is the best offense" Never cross the middle of the map between you and your opponent. No crossing army, scouts, vills allowed. Win with wonder and infinite defense only. Good luck! Can't wait for "William Wallace Ultra Hardcore"! Don't forget to update the mod if you haven't :)

Lol its a very good teambonus because EVERYONE can make us of this, its not like the indian bonus (as example) very specified and many civs can't use it, and its not like the inca teambonus completly worthless, free tracking is good for men-at-arms rush/attack because you spot vills/enemy units faster

I have a few challenges for the King of the Desert (CONGRATS! by the way) 1) Siege Challange: Only siege units, no other military units, not even monks or war vessels. You can use vils, towers and castles, either in a defensive way or in an aggresive way. 2) Trash-rush challenge: Only trash units...on a gold-rush map! 3) Sexist challenge: Only male villagers. If a female vil is spawed, you delete it. Spare the starting female ones (if there are) until feudal. If you play malians, can't create Gbetos. 4) Queen challenge: play while doing the "We will rock you" drum fill with one of your hands. You can help yourself with your feet. 5) Riddler challenge: you can only comment your game in rimes. Have fun!

I've seen the AI do this sometimes if it gets stuck in the dark age but wants to ramp up military production capability it throws up loads of barracks.

I'm sure it's been requested before, but here's a Simple challenge I'm calling "Royal Claustrophobia": Any Regicide but you cannot garrison your king anywhere, including rams. (I think this would be challenging enough even before the two additions below, hence why they are optional.) Optional: For added Fun™, turn on "Daut Mode"/"All Balls, No Walls": Play on any walled start, like arena, delete all the walls, and you cannot make new ones. (Temporarily using walls to trap in enemy units to finish them off may be acceptable, as these walls could be considered aggressive and ballsy. If I were to be a rule lawyer, I would allow the temporary use of palisades to entrap, but not to deter or repel. But I'll let you and your viewers decide how to interpret this rule.) For the full "Feels Daut Man" experience, delete any starting towers / castles as well, but you may attempt to rebuild them. gl hf!

opponent was very far behind in military and probably had no wood or gold left to make units or TCs with

All the Villagers of the opponents were idle because Viper would kill them as soon as they left the TC. So the opponents economy was not working and he couldn't do anything anymore while Viper could. That is why it was GG.

Viper, you need to learn a little math, you could have easily calculated the number of military buildings at 16:56: 70/5-1=13 (that minus one is TC), so the number of military buildings was 13 (not 14).

Suggestion for Challenge # 13: Play 2 games simultaneously! As in, start at the same time (vs 2 different opponents, on 2 different systems) and try to win both :D Post a split screen video of both games on KZbin then!

exactly. just pick the strongest units reaching the new age. scouts or men at arms in feudal age then proceed into faster castle age going full knights. then you are on a timer of course. you gotta kill the enemy off before he/she gets upgrades and a mass.
