I'm a country girl so I'm biased, lol. You guys need a place with a yard so your girls can run around and have space to be free, pick fruit, dig dirt, plant things etc...lol I'm in Toronto and when I bought my place, what my children wanted/needed was of the utmost importance to me. I basically chose the house because when I looked in all 3 of their eyes, they all said yes Mom, this is it. So I basically sacrificed having my own bathroom in my room, so they could all have their own rooms. I prayed before we found it though because we had looked at a few that were just not it. After my prayer, there it was a few days after. So it all boils down to what's most important for your family. I hope you find what you need.

I went through this for 6months now, my ankles were so swollen sometimes from going to so many open houses and then u put in ur offer and bam ur offer was not accepted 😔 but thank God I just closed last week 🔑🏡

Blissfully my Artist, Liz I love the I vibes. The twin, out of this world. I would rather buy land and build. As this is the only way I would get my desire of a house. Times will be getting dread. So the I them would at least have the space for farming. Full joy watching. I have twin boys myself. More life and strength within the house.

I know the experience. Difference is, we did it on our own. No realtor. It was rough but we eventually got a house. It was a lot of prayer for me. Hope you get a nice place that suits the family well. God bless you and the family. Love you 😍😍😍

Omg 😱 I literally hear u guys say everything I was going through for months now, sleepless nights. Ppl keep bidding higher it’s crazy. Now we finally found one, thanks be to god🙏🏾Changing realtors because like they get frustrated n tired of us. it is a tough road but u guys of to stay consistent n keep going for it even when it seems like it’s not working out. The apartment looks lovely but that's not a good pick especially for the girl's too much hight. I prefer you get a house where you have yard space for playing time for your girls also where Liz could do her little back yard gardening. Just have more patience am praying that you find something as soon as possible.

To my Virgo family please shop for a home that you have a backyard and space where the children can run around please don't go for luxury look like this building its for couples that don't start their family or not planning to. Romaine you are from St Ann and you know when country people have them little crops in their back yard go for that type of living. Someone once told me when I was purchasing my home ensure you can "walk around your home". Apartment is a no no for your children. I pray you guys continue to search and God help you to select the best home. God bless you both. 🙏

Just my opinion but apartment easily get uncomfortable . I would not spend my money to by and apartment I hardly would even want to pay rent . But to each is own. I think Romain should by a piece of land and make there dream home that way they will have more choice , they choose there furnitures , tell the architect how them want it ect . But god luck guys

House hunting is not for the weak.. My husband and I searched for house for over two years.. We gave up a million times... We were so happy when we got our dream house... Its a journey but its worth it. It took alot of patience, time, effort, determination and a whole lot of prayers....

Good luck on the hunt for a home, always remember to stay within your budget and approaching it as an investment makes even more sense to choose wisely. While this place has modern upgrades, it's not all that spacious. 🤞👍

Love the concept of the unit but when I saw the size of the kitchen It was a no for me because I knew the overall unit would be too small for you guys. Praying you guys will find your forever home soon, cause mi love plant flowers enuh. Uno will only take up and see them delivered and planted 😂.

I agree with what u said about realtors, give u an example when we were looking somewhere to live and wen we went to the location the lady didn't give us the time of day it was wen we were purchasing the house she was ready to acknowledge us this was in a housing scheme. It's ruff but continue on ur journey, u will look back at this and smile 😃.

Hey guys, i'm living in Canada and its the same here with regards to competition. However, i can tell you as a recent home buyer, do not give up and do not sell yourself short. Stick to what you want and what you know is most suitable for your family. God will provide the right place at the right time. All the best!

That apartment is very nice but I think you should look for a house on it's own and at least a 3 bedroom so when the family comes by. Come and live in Mandeville we have lovely homes down here 😀

The competitive market is every where. My daughter looked at over 20 different homes here is the states and loss out on a number of bids She eventually found a beautiful home that is perfect for her. And it's worse if your a first time home buyer, I tried so many different ones, I also too wanted to give up, but after trying for 8 plus year, we had finally got someone who helped us. So right there bubbles this is not for persons with children the height plus these glass everywhere. No space for the kids to play I would not think of showing that place to them. But it's call advertising 🤗hope they find a place with a nice back and front yard. I think they should build what they want.

She just want to make a sale ,and they are fooled! she also seem very pushy by calling them all hours of the night? I think they should fire her because she does not have their interest at heart! ( My opinion)

Blessings and love to you As I was watching your video, I can feel the togetherness of you both that cohesiveness is the best I have seen in a while, since watching some of these video, online. I will suggest you get a home for the family with the children in mind, pray about it, and I can assure you that whenever you both see that property/ home you both will feel in your spirt that this is the one.. And remember never to take first bid on any property ..negotiate. Liz is right on point. Pray guys your dream home is out there..an it doesn't have to be in the cooperate area. 💞🙏

The over bidding sucks...I live in tbe US, same thing going on here. I bought mine last year...it was a struggle, nuff crying mi put dung...even people renting they have to be offering 6 months rent up front just to be able to get a place...sad situation.

Recently when we were house hunting, I got really frustrated. Because I wanted a house with a backyard. I never wanted a townhouse or apartment. I wanted a backyard for my kids to play. Never wanted to take them to the park everytime.
