It is going to be absolutely beautiful, he hit all the highlights of early renovation, the high ceilings, open concepts, lighting, flooring the list goes on and on. I am going through the same thing right now and as someone who is involved in design ,the process is hard but will be magical at the end. I know the Virgo's have good taste so I don't have to tell them or Omar. that the appliances should be very high end, it makes such an impact even if they have to cut back on some things. Good luck have patience and it will all be worth it, most important try to have fun on your reno journey.
