I am doubtful about the "blocked game", like it's fun to watch the coaches be mad or whatever, but imagine you are singing, coaches press the button, and THE ONE you dream to choose (and be part of his team) afterward, is blocked :D That must be so frustrating :/

@@gisellie25 they aren't aloud to go to her bcs of te block. the judges do that in hopes of getting the person instead of the judge they blocked getting them. They have to guess and block the judge they think will go for the auditioner

I never understood the "Blocking" system. It's mildly amusing for the viewers but the show is about the singer and at times they would want the blocked judge, let them choose. I never knew that system was used outside of America, especially the UK version

Most of the time the coach that blocks already has a plan for the person. Just because the person is your favorite does mean they’ll have the best plan for your voice

@@rayan.abdull.3921 Its to block a coach from being able to get the artist on their team. Each coach can only do it once per season though. Each coach has buttons they can hit to block one of their fellow coaches if they wish to prevent like a really good artist from ending up on a different team. Of course its part of the strategy of when to use it since you may use it and wish you had it later or use it on one coach but still have that person select a different coach that turned around.

I feel like the “blocking” technique is a little much. Only Part of the show is watching the coaches fight for the contestant, and it feels like they are saying that the coaches are the reason people watch it. Also, can’t the other coaches see that they blocked someone when they turn around? And, what if the contestant had their heart set on a specific judge and they got blocked? I just think that it’s a little much.
