I think Yemi Alade was underestimated by some at the beginning of the show, her pairings and song selections are just beyond the word "excellent!!" There are barely any riff raffs in her pairing. She knows which voices should sing what, chooses local songs, that African touch is just perfect.

Yemi's pair had an amazing bond and she did good to pick Chris at the end because he was stronger... Patoranking's pair wasn't in sync for me. I don't know whether it's because I dont know the song but I wasn't feeling the blend with both voices... the guy was obviously far stronger, but I love the free spirit of the lady, lovely people. With Waje's pair, they were fine for me but at some point I think they were more caught up in competing with each other than actually making sure they also blend well. But they both have strong vocals. Timi's pairing was just fantastic, I loved the four on stage and their performance was amazing; they all deserve to remain in this show especially the soprano lady.

Yemi Alade is great at pairing vocals but when it comes to picking the winner, she isnt. That is why week after week someone steals her rejects, because she picks the weaker ones. Knowing Jdess' range and what she's able to do vocally has helped figure this out. To everyone saying she's in love with the guy, no she is not.
