Vollrath® Refrigerated Beverage Dispensers - Operation

BUYER BEWARE: Purchased this unit in February 2023. After the first day one of use,the circular paddles stopped working. Ice also started forming on the the bottom of the bowls after turning on. Called the manufacturer and they said it was a thermostat issue for the paddle to stop working. The problem with this is that there is not a clear way to regulate the temperature on this machine, so you are just blindly turning a knob inside the unit to "guess" where it should be. After adjusting, the paddles started working again only to for the other paddles to fail after an hour of use. At this point I have no confidence in this product. Frustrated to say the least since this machine has been in my shop taking up space and not generating any revenue. Such a waste of money.
