The Way Interview With Jason and Amanda Towe: Part 3

This couples story is very similar to our own. We were not called by any man but by our Father in Heaven who drew us. No one can come to the Father less HE draws them. Many are called, few are chosen. We heard the voice of the LORD Yahweh ask us why do you not keep My Feasts? Shortly after, we heard why do you not keep My Sabbath? We didn't know why we weren't. In fact we said, we weren't aware we had too. Like Jason and Amanda we were excited about our new found faith in following the ancient path that Messiah walked and taught and lived as his lifestyle. So we wanted to share it with everyone. Sadly everyone thought we were crazy and called all sorts of names and other faiths they thought we allowed to influence us. And even sadder, we lost everyone because we decided to do what this couple did, search the Scriptures and start over, emptying ourselves of all we thought we knew and/or had been taught, and started over. This for us was indeed laying down our lives in order to follow Yeshua and live for Yahweh. It was taking up our own cross and walking as Messiah and his disciples walked. We tried sharing it with our Pastor and fellowship. We even asked them to choose a month where we could all keep the Sabbath from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday at our own homes as a experiment, where just our own intimate family would gather. See if it helped improve our relationships with one another and with GOD. Then on Sunday when we gathered corporately we would all share how our Sabbaths went and what we did. No one was willing to even try it for a 4 or 5 week month. Just 4 or 5 times to see what would happen. We could not believe as the Towe's that no one loved Yahweh or Yeshua enough to be willing to lay down their own lives for that short period of time. We were blown away. My husband and I did it anyways and we loved it. Our congregation could see a change. They would even make comments. Yet nothing changed in their own lives. So needless to say, we could not keep up doing both times of worship besides we felt convicted not to keep attending the Sunday services but before we could say goodbye, we were more or less given the 'left foot' of Fellowship. Woe to our Pastor as he will stand to a higher accountability when El Shaddai confronts the shepherds who are not properly caring for nor feeding their flocks per Ezekiel 34. We pray Yahweh will call more unto Himself and give those He is calling eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts to receive all He has for them. Blessings to the Towes.... Shalom

"That's the heart of repentance," 6:05 Yes. Another way to say this is, "That is the word of the cross," 1Cor 1:17-18, over which many are persecuted, Gal 6:12-14, and over which many have stumbled, Gal 5:11. "For many [who proclaim Christ] walk, of whom I often told you, and now tell you even weeping, that they are enemies of the cross of Christ," Phil 3:18. The first step out of the secular world toward the Holy of Holies - which is akin to "go forth from your country, and from your relatives, and from your father's house, to the land which I will show you," Gen 12:1 - is to lay down one's pride at the brazen altar. What this means is that we need to lay down our own version of 'truth', including our right to be 'right', on that altar so as to take up the belt of God's TRUTH. The second step is to wash ourselves in the laver of all the sin that defiled us as we walked in our pride so as to put on our Messiah's righteousness as a breastplate. Your testimony is absolutely beautiful and gives glory to the Holy One who saves us. Thank you so very much for "putting on the shoes of the readiness of the gospel of peace," standing on the porch of the Holy Place and proclaiming the joy of Yeshua, your salvation!

The avoiding makes me laugh . Like who doesnt want to talk about scripture. Thats all they did to me and the family talk about the gospel . Now that we said we keep the Sabbath they go around us never engage to talk
