Seven Deadly Sins does so well because it’s a beginner anime with a familiar but unique story line, good twists, and is super easy to digest while not feeling drawn out

It's a task watching past the 2nd season though with the drop in animation. The manga is the way to go with this one. I plan on collecting them soon after I finish the couple I've got. Doing My Hero Academia and Demon Slayer and Fullmetal Alchemist and One Piece here and there

@@HisHound Animation can definitely affect the story seeing how it's hard to enjoy the story when the animation goes from a 7/10 to a 3/10. Story kinda got bad itself after the show was sold too. It could be better in the manga, but the new studio just fucked it all up, and you're in denial if you think otherwise.

@@toritowastaken Naw there are a few much more annoying ones. Deku and the Tokyo Revengers MC as examples. I like My Hero, but Deku is the biggest crybaby and it's annoying as shit. I haven't watched Tokyo Revengers, but I know it's about gang wars essentially, and the MC constantly getting his ass whooped in a show about fighting is lame as hell.

I always saw the demon king as stronger bc it took all the other races plus the demons strongest soldier (meliodas) betraying him to beat the DK. It was always implied that meliodas was stronger than the arch angels. Meliodas & mael we’re relative but meliodas was implied stronger. Therefore the dk is stronger imo.

Nerd type stuff here 🤓 If you wanna get technical there’s actually as of right now 7 additional gods being those introduced in the grand cross game as with the ragnarok campaign. Those characters being Odin, Heimdall, Baldur, Hel, Tyr, Freya and Freyr you could also possibly put Loki since he’s been mentioned several times and thor who is in my theory cosplaying as thonar (again my theory) so it leaves room for the entire Norse pantheon. Now the grand cross game and by proxy the ragnarok campaign is a Netmarble creation so I’m not 100% on if it’s canon or not but it is in the normal NanatsuNoTaizai wiki and not the fannon version so It could possibly hold some amount of weight.
