Sukuna cut himself up into 20 fingers and he was saying that those a 1,000 years ago only had ideals as lip service. But because he shared a body with Yuji he knows that he is iron clad in his ideals and views

There were many issues I had with this video: Shoko did nothing to revive Yuji. It was all Sukuna's doing. Shoko only took Yuji's body to cut it apart for study. Sukuna has reportedly NEVER lost a fight, and he died of natural causes. Likely when he met Kenjaku to have his soul put into his fingers. If Higgy is dead, his technique more than likely has to be imbued into a cursed object post-mortem which is likely what was done with Nanami. It is more likely that curses becoming stronger after death applies more along the lines of Naoya and how he became a cursed spirit with a massively amped version of projection is what they mean. Which will likely not happen for anybody Sukuna has fought since we saw with Kashimo, Gojo, and Jogo; all of them are satisfied with their deaths as we see Sukuna comforts them. He praised Jogo despite toying with him the whole fight, he went all out against Kashimo and then acknowledged him (which is all Kashimo wanted), and Gojo even smiled when Sukuna said "I'll never forget you" because Gojo thought he didn't make an impact on Sukuna despite giving it all he had, but Sukuna saying this would likely make Gojo satisfied

@@Ephilias I think it's too early to call if he felt empathy or not. It seemed like he only saw himself in Yuji and that bothered him greatly. Sukuna saw that Yuji has the same hunger for his ideals that he himself has and that bothers him greatly. He knows this for a FACT because he has lived in the same body as Yuji and understands his hunger for his ideals fully. This is different than back then because Sukuna could never know if someone truly had that same hunger for their ideals as he did because all their words meant nothing to him. Knowing the fact that Yuji shares that same hunger as him bothers Sukuna a lot, I don't think that he felt empathy.

Yuta and Yuji are the main characters and narratively the opposite of Sukuna's philosophy and ultimately the entire story about selfishness vs selflessness. Add the real life historical relevance of Yuta and Sukuna's relevance to japanese history in their respected factions, its looking pretty good that Yuta and Yuji will beat Sukuna and survive.

I always get confused on that part Some people/translations confuse me on sukuna's death , its either A or B scenario and at this point idek what is canon anymore A: when sukuna was a human, sorcerers challenged him and they failed , then he died (implying he died on his own terms or "peacefully" died after he or kenjaku stored his soul into the fingers and turned him into a cursed object) Or B : when he was a human, he got killed by the sorcerers who challenged him, (or the mysterious sorcerer who is theorized to have a relation to yuji) and then kenjaku stored his soul into the fingers So which one is it? The perfect vessel theory never really made sense to me based off being Sukuna's vessel he didn't gain any of his abilities, his knowledge, skill or bitches. Angel seems like the only vessel to benefit from the practice and even then it has to be consent of the housed to use their power. The best guess I can come up with, is Sukuna does create the merger, dies and Yuji eating his last finger (which would just be the power of 1 finger, but somewhat of a power up) and in an angel situation agrees to give Yuji power to fight it. Which is the worst case, because all Japan still dies. It also aligns with the trend of several people's goal of both making a sorcerer world and getting rid of cursed spirits. So why knows.

I feel like your final rant glossed over a pretty big plot point early on in the manga. Sukuna rambling about his purpose and his eventual death made me go back to the first chapter and the reason that Yuji became a sorcerer. He became a sorcerer so that people could "Have a proper death" I feel like this could be foreshadowing the fact that either 1- Sukuna's purpose is aligning with Yuji's ideal. Sakuna will not settle for anything less than a "proper death" at the hands of a worthy opponent. or 2 - All of the sorcerers we have been following dying for their ideals like Sakuna is talking about is technically a "proper death" As everyone we have seen die so far has come to terms with one thing or another, and found some sort of peace (Nobara, Nanami, Gojo, Kenjaku, Toji, Jogo) I just have a strong feeling it will circle back to the first big motivation for our MC.

9/10 shows, movies, and books I can accurately predict what's going to happen and how it ends. With JJK I have no idea. It honestly just seems like Sukuna is gonna wipe everybody unless Yuji gets a crazy power up or unless some plot convenience happens to allow them to kill Sakuna. Also, find it hard to believe Kenjaku is dead and gone just like that, Shibuya made it seem like Kenjaku was the real big bad, and Sakuna was just a puppet. So, as someone who's only keeping up with JJK through your videos, here is my prediction for the end of JJK with everything you've said and everything I've gleaned about Gege Akutami from the events of the story: The main throughline of JJKs story is that the world rewards selfishness and punishes virtue. Those who have good intentions either live to see them twisted or never live to see them come about; as Jujutsu Sorcerers, their purview is curses, so they live cursed lives and die cursed deaths. NO ONE gets out unscathed, and victories can only ever be pyrrhic. Therefore, all the sorcerers battling Sukuna will fail. The ones who fight Sukuna for their own selfish reasons will survive, and any who enter the battle to protect another will die by Sukuna's hands, but NONE of them will be able to stop Sukuna from channeling all the souls of Japan into Lord Tengen. And Lord Tengen will enter the battle with Sukuna, but it's not going to go how Sukuna imagines it will. Either Sukuna's first attack will wipe out Tengen, a barely alive Yuji running on pure spite will sucker punch and kill Tengen to prevent Sukuna from getting what he wants, or all the souls of Japan will impart so much cursed energy onto Tengen that he evolves to the next state of being (I.E. He dies) Any way you slice it, Sukuna does not get what he wants, because he has inherited Kinjaku's Will. He is fighting for what Kinjaku wanted, and what KINJAKU wanted will turn out to be the final death of Tengen. Through his unethical experiments in the past, it will be revealed that Kinjaku learned the great secret of the Jujutsu World: that Lord Tengen is the true origin of all curses. His barriers do not protect the human world from curses, but rather TRAP the cursed energy humans give off and allow curses to form in the first place, along with Jujutsu. And this is a known secret to the great families of the Jujutsu world, but they have done nothing about it because Jujutsu gives them power, allows them to selfishly lord over others, so rather than end Tengen they have been feeding him Star Plasma Vessels in order to keep things how they are and retain control. Kinjaku learned this, and has been selfishly fighting all this time to spite them and end their reign. So by all of this coming to fruition, by Lord Tengen being vanquished, all curses and cursed techniques fade away. The souls pumped into Lord Tengen are returned to their rightful bodies, all Jujutsu Sorcerers lose the powers they have honed and cultivated for millenia, and all Cursed Spirits vanish (including Sukuna). He got his final battle, but it was with the other sorcerers that lead him to this place, because his fight with Lord Tengen wasn't for him and so it ends in a way he didn't want. And now the world is left to pick up the pieces of what's left after the greed and selfish desires of a few caused suffering to so many for thousands of years, and the last sorcerers left alive must grapple with the fact that with this revelation, they know that all the friends they've ever lost to the battle with Curses died for nothing. Mark my words, JJK is going to have a supremely unsatisfying ending that dashes the hopes of those who fight for others and makes you question if any of this was worth it. Because Gege Akutami hates the world, himself, and all the readers of his manga.

I think Yuji’s grandpa is the one that defeated Sukuna. Vowing to trade his life and cursed energy to seal Sukuna. A side effect being that he’s life was prolonged as long as the seal lasted. That’s why the seal on Sukuna fingers were degrading in the beginning of the story. Yuji’s grandfather’s cursed energy finally ran out.

@8:57 great video! just would like to clarify on the point you made Weeb Commander about Shoko being the person to revive Yuji despite Yuji not having a heart. The revival of Yuji was Sukuna's doing. Sukuna was the one who removed Yuji's heart originally to gain leverage over Yuji's body not just in the short term but for the long term. Sukuna's deal with Yuji in Sukuna's innate domain was the following: if Yuji could beat Sukuna in a fight then Sukuna wouldn't ask for anything in return but if Yuji loses (which he did in quick fashion lol) then Sukuna 1) gets to have control over Yuji's body for 1 whole minute but can't hurt anyone during that minute based on saying the word "enchain" for the body control switch, 2) Yuji forgets about the details of the pact they just made (so Yuji can't oppose it in the future). Shoko didn't play a part it was Sukuna who gave Yuji his heart back after holding it ransom for this pact that would be the one of the biggest plot angles moving forward in the story. Like if you agree and know how entertaining it was when Sukuna actually does say "enchained"

I like your videos because most of the time you go really deep into the content and make really cool explanations of whats going on, but this time i think you are way way off on what happened. First i dont think Sukuna was talking about Itadori being someone from a thousand year, but more like, he was telling that a 1000 years ago there were people that have ideals but since there were just food for him and he couldnt understand them that didnt bother him, but since he spent time inside itadori he know he has ideals like them but he could see those were not as shallow, thats why he wants to break them, but the official release should give more clarity on that. The other thing is that the new rule was not Sukunas doing, it was a failsafe for kenjaku in case he died, the only plan kenjaku had was to merge the people with tengen and see what happens so it didnt really matter who did it just the result, so when he died most likely he already set up a hidden rule that gives Sukuna all the control over the merge, Sukuna is just going with the flow, it was not his plan and he didnt talk like "this is what i always wanted" it was more like "well after i kill all of you i will do this merge and see if the thing that comes up its interesting" Sukuna has no real plan, he just wants to pass the time until he dies

How exactly would Yuji use piercing blood? He’s not a member of the Kamo clan (and the fact that Kenjaku is Yuji’s mom doesn’t change that.) Choso being Yuji’s half (1/3) brother doesn’t change anything either. I hope Yuji’s cursed technique isn’t blood manipulation because that is boring and weaker compared to other potential cursed techniques. I also believe Yuji’s new arms are his cursed technique, so how would it be blood manipulation?

Is it weird I want Kenjaku not to be dead even more than I want Gojo not to be dead? Gojo's death was cool and climactic at least where as I've always considered Kenjaku to be more dangerous than Sukuna and he got off screened. It feels like there's still plot stuff for him to do doesn't there? Like of Gojo still has plot stuff to do I'll be really happy but it doesn't really feel like he does.

Based on what has happened in the manga with Sukuna while he was holding back. He tanked a 200% Hollow Purple to the face and only had his right hand obliterated, then instantly healed from that. He has been relative to Saturo Gojo in martial arts. They had a good hand-to-hand fight. Then the Domain Clash began. Both Unlimited Void and Malevolent Shrine were equal for which both canceled eachother out. Then because Sukuna's Domain is a Opened Domain, it has superiority over all Closed Domains. It's sure hit attack goes for the outside of the opponents domain. So Sukuna with his domain destroys Saturo's Domain from the outside. From there on they fought in hand-to-hand combat off and on with Saturo receiving sure hit attacks from Sukuna. Then Saturo using RCT to heal and doing his best to gain some type of advantage. Saturo Gojo managed to open three domains just to lose three against one domain expansion from Sukuna. Saturo then managed to do some significant damage to Sukuna somehow. That is why Sukuna's Domain crashed on the third attempt. So it wasn't because of Saturo's domain. It was a tie in timing of domains crashing. But otherwise it's not a tie. Then the last and final Domain Clash happened. The timing of Sukuna's DE was 0.001 seconds slower which gave Saturo the edge. So Sukuna got hit by Unlimited Void because he healed his injuries, and then his Domain Crashed. While getting hit Sukuna gave Megami most of the damage that Saturo's DE dished out. Then Saturo did some damage to Sukuna while stunned and then went to go for the final blows. Before that could happen Sukuna summoned Mahoraga that has been adapting to Saturo's abilities. So Mahoraga is immuned to Blue and Unlimited Void because of how it adapts to abilities. Mahoraga then destroyed Saturo's DE from the inside with his bare hands!!! Which terrified Saturo Gojo and he was going to try to destroy Mahoraga. But he was unable to pull that off and he used to much CE to even attempt to. Then there was some smack talk from both sides. Saturo couldn't open his DE anymore and started bleeding from the nose. The Saturo fan's got extremely scared at this point of the story. But what we would figure out is that Sukuna got hit by Unlimited Void regardless even if he made megami take most of the burden. So Sukuna started bleeding from the nose and eyes. Sukuna couldn't fully activate his domain either so it crashed again. While that happened Gojo just started going ham in hand-to-hand combat and using his abilities blue and red after Sukuna healed and while Sukuna was still holding back. Then here in the story Sukuna started to use Mahoraga their was a lot of physical fighting and stertigic CT attacks from Sukuna and Gojo. Then Sukuna made a amalgamation of the Shikigami's and made Agito. Then eventually after even more fighting Saturo then just No Diffed Agito with blue. Then used black flash a few times; then made a giant AOE based Maximum Hollow Purple attack, because Saturo was able to save things just in time from Sukuna trying to prevent it. Which instantly killed Mahoraga and at the end of it minorly damaged Gojo and highly damaged Sukuna. Then Gojo was thought to be the victor of this fight. But in reality Sukuna learned a new way to enhance his ability cleave from Mahoraga. Which Saturo had no clue about. With one single spatial and world cutting slash. Sukuna killed Saturo Gojo cutting him in half and became the true victor of the battle. Then he stuck with Megami's body for a little bit longer. Kashimo came along boxed with Meguna and then Sukuna unpaused his resurrection within Megami. Then Heian Era Sukuna with a world cutting Cleave came to play. In three panels Kashimo got instantly No Diffed. Sukuna then gets jumped by Yuji and Higaruma just to have Higaruma use his DE. Sukuna forced the trial to end quickly and then Sukuna's Cursed Tool got taken away by Judgeman. But all Sukuna's other inate abilities and DE were not taken away. So from the failed attempt to taking Sukuna's relevant abilities away. Yuji gets no diffed into another building and Higaruma supposedly dies by Sukuna because of Cleave. Yuji tries to use the Executioner Sword to kill Sukuna and it fades away from existence. Then, from all of this happening, Sukuna's plan was to kill the rest of the sorcerers and merge everyone with Tengen just to get a more exciting fight from a buffed Tengan. It's a very simplistic goal, but it makes sense. You got to respect the hustle Sukuna went through. Even though they're more like Sukunas whims. So after Sukuna explains his plan, Yuta and Rika, The Queen of Curses, start to battle Sukuna, The King of Curses. This is going to be fun to watch, but Yuta is going to be no-diffed, and Rika is going to become ashes before Yuta dies. While Sukuna is heavily holding back the whole fight. Now Gojo probably got Sukuna to use Half-Power at the most as Meguna. But Resurrected Heian Era Sukuna w/World Cutting Cleave is just going against aunts in comparison now. Other than the Executioner Sword, there is nothing that can defeat Sukuna. Yuji is still too inexperienced and weak. Yuta has potential, but even his potential won't be enough. So other than maybe Buffed Tengan fighting Sukuna and maybe making Sukuna use 75% at the most and 50% at the least. Sukuna is definitely winning, and the series will potentially be over because of that.

I have only just started watching this video while I type this. But what I suspect is gonna happen is that Sukuna is inadvertently gonna end up teaming up with Yuji and the gang to take on the Mega Curse Spirit. I think Gege might be planting the seeds for that in this chapter. I say "inadvertently" because I don't think it's in Sukuna's personality to be like "Let's call a truce and partner up". Rather, he's gonna be fighting the curse for the heck of it, while the others will be fighting the curse as a life or death battle. What I'm not too sure about is what Megumi's status would be in this scenario

I was stumped at Kiraras' appearance in the chapter aswell. 12:00 into the video, i had a similar thought. What if to save using up Oui-Oui's CT, Kirara could have already marked Higuruma with a star. then close to the end of the Higuruma/Yuji v Sukuna fight, (because during the fight Higuruma would have had a larger CT output.) If Kirara were to activate her CT, her and Oui-Oui could fly toward the Higuruma, and she can deactivate her technique whenever she feels like it. Been a fan for a minute now, I comment often but I do enjoy the Videos you put out man, Keep on Keeping On. See you in the Next Vid.

i have a theory ( its kind of a joke ) theory-*UI UI* is a black bird (crow). we know he is completely after mei mei , he is in love with her. But what if he was initially a crow , she controlled him through her technique and changed her into human ( maybe through her technique or through idle transfiguration ie: Mahito idk ). And she kept controlling him and didnt just leave him , ignore him was because he actually had a cursed technique which was useful. That could be why he is soo much in love with her ( either Mei Mei is controlling him or Ui Ui loves her because she chose him ). ik there is not much proof but what wrong in making up things? :)

I think it simply means that since they shared the bodies, the hold on their ideals is equal to one another even though Yuji is far weaker than Sukuna(from what we know) which is why he finds him irritating. It's like an ant having the ego of a human. He didn't think like this with others because they either didn't value their ideals as highly or were simply much stronger than Yuji to justify

Maybe Higaruma did more damage than we thought - this entire chapter just about in almost every page if you look Sukuna is still healing the hand that Higaruma stabbed. Even if he cut it off, what if it still damaged the soul? Sukuna has healed injuries like that against Gojo with ease and now that he's in his true form it should be.. Well even easier. Maybe this small detail will be the precursor to something in Yuta's fight.

7:55 reignite? My man, people have been saying Gojo’s coming back to life since Nobara died. And he wasn’t even dead yet. I don’t understand how people still think either of them are coming back. It’s been four months since Gojo died, over two years for Nobara. And that sucks, Nobara was and still is my favorite. But, they aren’t coming back, we’ve only seen one person actually come back from the dead, and even that was the result of someone else, who is super dead now. Toji hit her so hard I thought I was watching the cold open for the first episode of The Boys, dude A-Trained her. And before someone says “But Shoko can heal other people.” Yeah and? So can Yuta. Now, what didn’t Yuta do? Oh right, he didn’t even remotely try to heal his teacher. We’ve also never seen either of them heal a wound that sever. And before someone says “Yuta can, he healed Yuji’s heart after killing him.” First, Yuta didn’t even know if that would work. There’s a rather large difference between healing injuries and reversing death. Second Yuji’s injury was WAY smaller than having his entire upper body bisected. Furthermore Yuta had to use RCT immediately after striking the blow on Yuji. Something tells me if it was that simple, which it very clearly isn’t. Seeing, as mentioned, there are two people capable of RCTing other people in the entire world, it would’ve happened by now if they could. And even still that would only work on Gojo. The only “person” capable of healing Nobara would’ve been Mahito, unless there are other techniques that can directly alter the shape of a soul at will. Which we haven’t seen any hint of.
