nice tips. when i do droppers i like to double up the line feed it through jigs and then you can just change out jigs if one breaks. but with heavier line its hard to get them in 1/8th jigs with 17lb mono. i should try this. i do commercial trotlines so only thing i would change is to add 3 more jigs to make getting them faster. though i just use sabiki rigs size 6 most of the time. the big ones just come off it easy but i kind of like the small ones for doing trotlines. but the big ones makes getting the bait faster.
