Omfg would y'all stop with the I miss the old Weeknd shit, y'all forgot that he was in a in a dark place especially with drugs and everything. We fed off of his pain in his music but when he's actually doing better with himself and expressing it through his music y'all wanna complain about his sound? First off he did a GREAT job with production of these songs including each song as a whole. Y'all complain but if this was any other pop artist y'all would love this shit... Plus his album ain't even all poppy. It's still got an alternative sound with some nostalgic R&B sound from the 80s to 90s, early 2000s which he did PERFECTLY! He brings back the feeling of R&B music that I miss! And as for the poppy shit, listen he does this pop shit better than a lot of artists right now.
