I don’t know why but kids always only practice on their dribbling and passing but not shooting. As a kid all I practiced was shooting and everything else just came naturally. In the video she is only dribbling or taking a layup but not really shooting at all, that will definitely affect her if she wants to go pro.

I practice everyday, I workout everyday, and I take my basket ball outside and dribble in between my legs, behind my back, I practice my handling and I also shoot free throws, layups, 3 pointers, and side shots in my back yard because I have a goal.
