I don’t know why but kids always only practice on their dribbling and passing but not shooting. As a kid all I practiced was shooting and everything else just came naturally. In the video she is only dribbling or taking a layup but not really shooting at all, that will definitely affect her if she wants to go pro.

@@bobsmith3966 Anyone who has been through the process of watching a kid develop (or not) will find these videos totally insane. You know who's dominant as a 10 year old? Any kid who can dribble and make a right handed lay up. Seriously. Natural athleticism (which doesn't fully develop until later) and physical size (also not until later) are way more the determining factor than skill development at a young age.

Asians and Filipinos are the most humble race in playing basketball and love it, those kids on the streets playing ball in the Philippines have crazy handles. Asians are very good too but they don’t play in high school or middle school or even college teams cause of their height. Filipinos and Asians are only street ballers. It’s rare to see them go to the big league.

Ummmm... No, There doing little kids to inspire more little kids or just people who play basketball or any other sports because the whole point of this video is to show that ur a kid with big dreams so make them happen and to work hard and that's what she's doing and she's not doing this just to grow up and not get any minutes in college or maybe in the WNBA, she's doing it so people will recognize her and so whenever she takes a step in that gym, she already knows what she's going to do, WORK HARD. I'm just saying, she's not just doing nothing, she's putting in work and that's what makes you better right? I'm just trynna say that shes definitely not going to end up sitting on the bench and only get to play 1 quarter because shes really talented and did you hear what it said? It said that she got kicked out just for being too good, and the same as college, NBA, WNBA and middle school whatever, there's always going to be someone sitting on the bench, not just one player but even the most valuable player sits on the bench so what you said makes no sense if there's always going to be someone sitting on the bench EACH quarter.

Nice job keeping the gimmicks out and teaching her to hoop! It looks like she's worked hard on footwork (a lot of the same footwork we do - scissor steps, snatches, splits w/level change) and shooting mechanics as well, not just handle - good job big bro/coach!

The thing is with all these "prodigies" is that people that play these sports and are just as good as the "prodigies" are only saying the prodigies aren't great because they don't get recognition like this girl does. I also play basketball and I can do every thing she can do and I'm also a kid but i shouldn't complain that she gets her own video by saying she's not good and making bad accusations because she is good but maybe not "great".

for all those leaving negative comments... there is a difference between telling yourself that you are the best to motivate yourself to work harder and actually believing you are the best with nothing left to prove or work for..... this girl is working harder than 99.9% of the population and striving to be the best..... great work kid I hope you do become the best and keep that great focus. And top all those saying she is great because of a personal trainer and gym acces...do you honestly believe this girl would not be in an outdoor court if she didn't have access to a gym or maybe all that hard work gave her access to the gym...schools usually reward very hard workers with opportunities like this. also her brother can't MAKE her work hard, she has to do that herself.

I'm literally like her. I practice everyday, I workout everyday, and I take my basket ball outside and dribble in between my legs, behind my back, I practice my handling and I also shoot free throws, layups, 3 pointers, and side shots in my back yard because I have a goal. I'm better than most of the boys in my grade and the other grades. But I do wanna get better and play for my schools varsity team and the boy's varsity team because I wanna stand out and be the only 11yr old girl on a boy's varsity team.
