Sir I think M.tuberculosis bacteria is obligate Aerobe...and b/c of high V/Q ratio in upper lobe it prefers there..

It's an obligate aerobe, not anarobe, If you change this basic fact.. whole pathophysiology will change!

Sir your initial concept is totally wrong (not tolerable). The bacteria is obligate aerobe and resides in the upper lobes because the region is ventilated properly but not perfused adequately so oxygen acquired from environment remains high there and not taken up by blood. 😒2
