I been watching you for 2-3 days now and I can't find anyone in my country that makes videos like yours. It's exciting to see what you and your staff do for others. Keep bring smiles in this world.

I can only imagine what this person feels with his or her tongue, after all the tartar is removed. All that space between the teeth, as well as the gums! I've never seen tartar build-up on a cap, crown, or filling before. This was pretty spectacular.

It's like the tartar was holding his/her teeth together.
My Kindergarten teacher Mrs Jackson used to give us a gold star sticker everyday we remembered to brush our teeth. I missed 1 day the whole school year! It really created great brushing habits. I was 5 then, I'm nearly 50 now & never forgot how proud I was to get my sticker!!

@@jlmurphy6530 My mother taught me as well, that's part of the reason I only missed 1 day out of the school year. I just thought about a great childhood memory that's all. What's going on in your home that you would try to find something to be negative about? I hope it gets better for you.

@@marsy6359 absolutely!! I teach pre-K and we actually have to have our kids brush their teeth after breakfast and lunch. It’s part of the Head Start program. We can’t “force” our kids to do it but it’s actually a wonderful thing to instill in each child even though I’m sure most of that parents have their children brush their teeth. I only have 1 child in my room who won’t do it. We use to do a 2 minute long song while they did it so they understood how long you are supposed to brush your teeth for but unfortunately they don’t allow that anymore bc the program doesn’t want the children doing it as a group, just doing it once they are done with their meal which I don’t agree with but I don’t make the rules.

As a dentist, have you accidentally pull out someone's tooth by just removing their tartar? Does tartar removing hurt? Do you provide them anesthesia?

I’m looking at the gums . Do you think the damage is already done ?
@judithselsby27553 жыл бұрын
If the bone is well receded, the tooth could come out. The ultrasound has no sharp parts so it should hurt unless there is root exposure which could be sensitive.
@lorenrobertson80392 жыл бұрын
On many of the videos I have seen teeth loose and they had to use an adhesive to bridge the tooth in to keep it from falling out. They later extracted that and other teeth. And yes, most of the videos specify that they are using anesthesia. I just found these videos a couple of nights ago and now can't stop watching! lol. I can't imagine the number of people they have with such bad teeth. Must be a country without good dental health teaching or access to dental healthcare. I know here in the US now that I am disabled/retired I can no longer afford the regular cleanings and check ups I once got every 6 months. I just have to have teeth pulled now...and after all that money I invested in my teeth. Kills me.

@@jonesnori It is obvious that all humanity needs to have access to healthcare that includes dental care and teaching it to children in schools if possible. It saddens me to see so much suffering. Can you imagine the daily pain these folks must go through? Nothing is more painful than a toothache for me. My heart goes out to them. Not judgement. Tooth infection leads to increased risk of heart disease too. So decreased quality of life and longevity are issues I feel are being overlooked worldwide d/t lack of affordable dental care.
Terrible tartar,and tongue tied as well. You are doing a great job removing the tartar. Did your patient go to a surgeon and have the surgery to fix tongue tie as well?
Can you do more crowded teeth tartar removals please? You have the BEST tartar removal videos hands down. 🙌🔥🔥

I always wonder how people get to this point. Do they have difficulty taking care of themselves..? Maybe they lack the resources or maybe just don't care..? I just always think a mouth like this must have a story to tell. Whatever it is tho, I'm glad they were able to get their teeth sorted, it has to feel so much better

Sometimes it’s mental illness that causes a chain reaction. Depression to the point of not caring about any hygiene. For some people it takes a week to force themselves into a shower let alone brushing teeth. Then it snowballs into embarrassment. At that point a person will experience anxiety from the shame.

Japan has universal health and dental care so it ain’t from lack of resources.

Those teeth should all be extracted. Time for dentures when you neglect them to this point. That is years of doing next to nothing probably has been years since those teeth have even seen a toothbrush. Would say maybe they had never been to a dentist before but there is crowns in there so must have been to a dentist sometime but that sometime could have been a decade or longer ago. Probably had some pain and sensitivity after this cleaning was probably not all that pleasant till those teeth were extracted. Most of them look like root canals and crowns probably aren't a possibility
