I actually prefer Limp Bizkit's cover. The beginning and the end of this song are haunting, like the message of a tormented soul. (Is that you, Tantalus?) But the middle sounds like a release of anger that does not blend with the rest of the song. Now, these are just my tastes. I do not demand, or even expect anyone to agree with me.

I love this video. It's like hearing someone with troubled mind reveal their diary entry to you, spilling out their emotions. I own every one of their Albums and every one if them is still in perfect condition because recorded the first play onto reel to reel tapes so I can can listen to them often without degrading the sound. Esta es una de las canciones mas hermosas hechas en la historia del rock .Junto con My generation, según mi opinión,muestran en su letra lo que el rock and roll significa.

One of my favourite songs ever, its fantastic how a song suits the voice and if this band never existed then the song would never have existed either,

I’ve always wondered what the real meaning of this song is and I don’t buy Towsends answer I believe it has a much darker meaning but besides that it’s unbelievably brilliant song.
