Thank you so much for these oil free mayo recipes! Just what I was looking for. Since going whole-food plant-based, no added oil, I’ve really missed my potato salad (even more delicious with sweet potato) - now I can make it again! Thank you also for listening to our requests for recipes. This show is awesome.

I would just like to say that we spent 2 years on a raw diet and made every raw cheese/sauce mayo we could get our hands on. Last week I made your cheese zucchini lasagna and my husband so loved the cheese taste that he couldn’t stop talking about it. Wine? Yes please 😂 but seriously it made it amazing! So today I made Buddha bowls and added your chipotle mayo to the top of lentils and onions, rice, avocados 🥑, garden tomatoes 🍅 and steamed zucchini . Wow! I had to sit down and write this because I’m so excited. My husband had 2 bowls b4 I was halfway thru with 1! It’s the best raw sauce out there. Along with your lasagna cheese of course. Many thanks from us here in Virginia! Devoted fans 😍 forever.

Cheffee Love Thank you so much 😊 It makes me so happy when people really enjoy the recipes like we do. That cheese for the lasagna totally needs the wine, right? I am obsessed with it🤗

I have been making my own mayo for over 5 years now and was waaay freaked out about how much oil was called for, and I'm trying not to eat eggs because of their high acid... This is an exceptional option! One suggestion though... I use mustard powder instead of mustard and it doesn't have the creamy tint to it... With the mustard powder it's very white like store mayo...

Wait one minute...Jill, can you (or someone reading this) kindly clarify one thing please? You take out the mustard when you make the chipotle mayo with cashews, but you leave it in if you use cauliflower as your base? Question: Is it roughly 1/3 cauliflower BEFORE you chop it up, or were you estimating that it would be the 1/3 c amount after it was chopped smaller? Just wondering because the measuring cup looks larger, more like 1 cup of larger pieces of cauliflower. Thank you! SUPER eager to make this!

Thank you! So good to see a "soy-free" version. I don't use vinegar products, so I'm wondering for the "tang" about adding like another citrus juice like lime? It has a unique flavor. Also thinking about a version with a touch of liquid smoke. Great for "burgers." 😏

Thank you *SO* much! :) I have a hard time with regular mayos, because they always make me feel sick to my stomach (probably because of all the oil). So i'm definetly gonna try these! :) One question though: Is there any possibility too zoom in on the food (i know that there was a little shot at the beginning, but it was kinda short and not so focused), so that we viewers can get a better impression of the food's consistency? I find that so important! Thanks in advance :)

Thank you, sounds yummy. am trying to get away from too much oil, maybe a flavored olive oil splashed on salad with balsamic vinegar, which is amazing, but theres soooo much oil in traditional mayo, and it's mostly soybean oil which is gmo in this country, so not good, and canola oil which is touted as healthy but isn't! Blessings to you.
