According to Gods diet, we should eat 2 times a day.The eagle took food for Elijah morning and evening, hizo zingine za lunch ni jaba za scientist. You should eat well in the morning, drink water during the day, eat dinner at 5 or 6 or 3hrs before bed to avoid stressing your digestive system to work when your brain is sleeping, no wonder when you eat and go to sleep direct you get nightmares bcoz your brain has a lot to do. Soo eat breakfast,avoid unhealthy snacking, drink enough water during the day , eat dinner before 7, stop lunch.

I expected the guest to talk about insulin resistance as the leading risk factor for more than half of metabolic syndromes, the link between insulin resistance and refuced body immunity, the link between metabolic oriented gastrointestinal inflamations and mental health or the gut brain axis, the antiinflammatory potential of diets rich in polyphenols in reducing oxidative stress which is the foundation of most metabolic and neurodegenerative conditions, how to maintain gut microbiota balance using prebiotics and probiotics and the biological mechanisms which beneficial bacteria such as lactobacilli found in sauerkraut and fermetented milks and yoghurts act as a buffer or intervention againsts harmful bacteria such h-pylori, the Warburg effect or the glycolysis process through which cancer cells multiply after feeding on glucose snd how one can mitigate against the multiplication of the cancer cells, I mean metabolic balance, nutrition, and chiropractic coaching requires a strong biological evidence base. Don't just tell people, don't eat this and that because it causes this. They need to understand how it happens and a strong biological evidence adds persuasiveness to your coaching content and credibility to your coaching practice. Like for example, an understanding of how seed oils and other inflammatory diets cause a leaky gut that spills toxins to the bloodstream would persuade a person to make healthy eating decisions than merely telling someone, dont eat seed oils, they are harmful..bla bla bla. A strong biological evidence base is needed.

The reason why fruits and vegetables lack high nutritional value is because soils are depleted of nutrients. I remember when we used to practice crop rotation and during our parents time they would allow the soil to rest for up to a year to recover nutrients. We no longer do that. Food gets nutrients from soil, so we now see the results.

@mercyk2672
@mercyk2672 2 ай бұрын
@harrisonwekesa5406 I didn't suggest to eat the soil, but soil needs to be nourished in order to feed the crops. Even treating it with manure and other organic matter helps. But the most effective thing is letting it rest after harvest.

There’s this but I think the main reason is because fruits and most foods have been cross bred for a long time. Today, fruits have a lot more sugar (sweetness) than they originally did. Cross breeding has led to a loss on nutrients of foods and increased their sugar content

All I am hearing is pure placebo science. Not based on facts or data, she is giving us what worked for her and what will work for everyone. And my thought on this episode is she can’t answer nearly all the questions scientifically and correctly, you can tell she is guessing some answers. And i am not being a hater but these are not facts she’s spitting.

@ let me tell you something bruv, statistics shows that people are obese and suffer from chronic disease because they are not taking enough protein and fibre ( animal based protein NOT PLANT BASED PROTEIN), people die because they are not doing strength training, they are not walking and they are not getting quality sleep. If she could explain all those 4 point, then we would have solve all the chronic diseases pandemic. But you can tell me we put all the blame on sugar and wheat. Doesnt make any sense. Go read on the meta analysis studies on each one if them and you will understand what I am saying.

Do you know there is a strong difference between wheat that existed before 1950 and the wheat we eat? Man has altered what God created for commercial production. The wheat God created was very healthy. The hybridized version is very unhealthy. There was nothing like Gluten intolerance 80 years ago. Original tomatoes were the size of macadamia btw.

People gain weight not because of sugar or kfc but because they are eating more than what their bodies can handle - more calories, less movement. Science is all about numbers… poor lifestyle choices like immobility, indulgence in hyper palatable foods, poor sleep/stress management and zero exercise. Not just food, we need to look at other factors besides food. From an historical point of view
