One of the problems with these LMDh cars is their power limitations. What I'd be more interested in is how a power derestricted 963 compares to an ordinary 919. But I don't know how much power a 963 PU is capable of making without IMSA restriction. It's easier to do such comparisons with LMH cars vs LMP1, rather than LMDh cars.

@@Frankildiedankilidie It's a money issue. The current regulations manage costs well and that's why so many manufacturers are participating. LMP1 was so expensive that only Audi/Porsche/Toyota could fund the campaign and it disintegrated because of other opportunities being cheaper.

@@THEWINDTUNNEL He might mean that these cars are around prime 2017-2020 LMP2 level but with hybrid boost. The P2 of 2017-2020 era are even slighly faster than lmh/lmdh at most tracks. So no way to even compare them with unrestricted P1 that is as fast as top F1 in low downforce spec tracks.

The EVO's top speed is not 370kmh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It can go well over 400kmh. People get confused! It did 369kmh at Nurburgring ONLY because the track was homologated for 370kmh so they had to set a limiter on the car as going faster was illegal.

same idea concept of all videos and the awnser is the same to everyone. make it more intressting instead. more like how many seconds does the hypercar need to beat the 919 over a lap on lemans for example and start with 0 seconds and then work it up. It was the same with the no chicane part. bcs most of us can say even before we watch the video that the ''handicaped'' car would be beaten
