The bottom line is that individuals in public service-whether from the Armed Forces, Civil Services, Judiciary, or Police-should not be associated with or participate in any cultural organizations. A sensitivity assessment and test are essential, and anyone found exhibiting bias against any religion, culture, caste, or language must be held accountable.

Shri Mukul Rohatgi has raised a very important point about the simplification of law. The simplification of laws can help to a very large extent in solving the problem of clogging and backlogs. The ambiguous, complex, and cumbersome laws are a delight to bureaucrats and those who are in powerful positions. Many of them use these to deny the people their rightful dues. Therefore, people flock to courts even for minor problems that would not have occurred had the laws been simple and unambiguous.

These ring of five self-serving high profile advocates, practice, advocacy, of the most inimical kind , highly prejudiced in their arguments, twisting the constitutional intent to serve their ends. As a first step, no Advocate should be hoisted by any political party into the Rajya Sabha , as they go in as independent, but can they forget the diabolical needs of the party which hoisted them into Rajya Sabha 😮😮😮

It's shocking to know that cases are alloted to judges without knowing their strong domain. It's a basic 101 of governance. You cannot ask someone to do something which they don't know about. Shocking state of governance and system of court. It's time to stop assuming that judges are holy cows. Those days are over.

Imagine you're trying to do your job, but you don't have the tools or support you need. That's what's happening in the judiciary right now. The union govt is responsible for making sure the courts have enough staff & resources, but they're not doing it. This means that judges & staff are overwhelmed with these pending cases. There are too many cases & not enough people to handle them. It's like trying to hold too much water in a cup at once - something will give out. It's not just the judges & staff who are affected. Lawyers needed from govt side, are also feeling frustrated & leaving their jobs. This makes the whole system even more overwhelmed. It's a vicious cycle that's hard to break. The ruling party wants to follow the pak examples who can hire & fire judges. We are following in pak steps, by trying to be a religious nation full of religious radicals shouting religion is in danger. Assam state wants to remove non-citizen individuals, regardless of their religion, as per the 1985 official agreement. nrc was initially intended exclusively for assam to identify & deport foreigners, regardless of religion, to prevent demographic changes that occurred historically. However, politicians in India may use the hindu and muslim non-citizens to impact their electoral landscape, potentially influencing voter demographics in certain states, particularly where the ruling party lacks a majority in places that's outside the northeast area. Such tactics of targeting a groups is counterproductive to maintaining law & order since it creates fear & mistrust within communities. This ultimately leads to destabilising & weakening our beautiful nation.
