Yes, but our portal acquisitions have been lackluster thus far. No instant impact players at their major positions of need: OL, DL, CB and WR. You either pay them or develop them yourself! I don't see either right now.

Yes he is the head coach so I partially agree. It’s possible he had an OC telling him they would be okay. Which may have contributed to him being fired so quickly. It wasn’t just the in game play calling. There are always things going on behind the scenes. They probably tried to save money and got burned. Then they opened the bag Bryce.

At the time, JJ was a question mark and we had faith in Tuttle. Tuttle was injured and by the time JJ made his decision, the portal was closed.
