@@Shaad-ci8lm the thing is at ICICI, the system is such that you will learn (or rather you have to learn the trade) within a short period of time. The culture itself is competitive and to grow in the system, you will have to stepup. There is very limited scope of free-riding. They will assign you work which will require you to identify the problems and then propose the solutions by using your acumen. Hence, the learning curve is steep. Overall culture wise it is better than HDFC, Axis, Yes or RBL. Pay is good as compared to peers. Bonuses are also good. If you reach senior Manager or Cheif manager grade, you start getting ESOPs or Stock Units. So, its a win win. In case you want to leave, ICICI experience matters a lot in the market.
