The first Time I found Building Coral Castle,was on sound cloud. my family was driving back home from Oregon,from a family reunion. We were somewhere near the mountains,so I was just watching the trees and hills go by,and this song came on,& I had Never heard of the band at the time,So I gave it a listen,and I thought It was pretty damn cool! And when I heard Kellin start singing,I was actually surprised,Cause I hadn't read the full title of the song,So It was a cool,pleasant surprise! I think Having him in the song adds some cool vibes to it,and a cool emotional mix. And i remember for the next month,I had that song On loop! The last time I heard it,was mid 2015. I've been so busy looking at all the new bands that've been popping up left and right,I completely forgot about the words we use!! I completely forgot about this song,Building Coral Castle! I'm so glad i just re-found it! This song is my favorite escape,for the rough weeks. I turn it up so loud,and just close my eyes,and let the world slip away.

You know what I'm sick of? Every song that is hardcore, metalcore, post-hardcore, or anything of the sort always has the top comments having to defend the genre or a band or an artist. I'm not ashamed of any of the music that I listen to, I just prefer heavier music. I hardly ever listen to rock anymore. I do, but not a lot. It's either metal, or rap, or dubstep. But I agree with you. I like music for music. If it sounds good, I'll listen to it. I just can't enjoy music if it I don't like the way a vocalist sounds.
