We can't deny south America brings loads of best players but it's a shame that they are the biggest cheaters as well. Win at any cost even by simulation or cheating is bringing a shame. They have forgotten the game has changed there are cameras everywhere. I would say it's better to loose with dignity than be called a cheater after winning.

Blatant awful example to future players that cheating simulation is perfectly okay in order to send an opposing off. The referee more interested in looking tough than actually get the decision correct. 🙏👎

Such a soft red card, still can't understand after all these years of watching football how a player can fake a head injury to get a fellow professional sent off. Does he have no pride in himself. There should be a post match review and he should be suspended. In short he is a cheat

I can't agree more it's the same as lying to the police. If they catch you, you can get charged with perverting the course of justice or making a false statement, considering the referees are the police on the pitch I 100% agree there should at the very least be a review before a straight red. Similar to rugby the 3rd official video reviews and decides whether to upgrade a yellow or downgrade a red 👍 pathetic by Argentina.

Brazil did enough kicking to have more than 1 player off....plus the disturbance before the game that upset the Argentinian players because they had family there, Argentina was superb to maintain their cool to win with that EXCELLENT header! Sucked in Brazil!

That should have been yellow card to Argentinian for holding Jolinton and then simulating a face stroke, which clearly there was nothing.

World Cup should have another tournament which runs every year but in a random lottery knockout tournament. Then the normal world cup every 4 years. It is fun to watch national games so this every year would be good. The trophy is not as valuable as the 4 year World Cup.
