Ace Toyz 1/6 Scale Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Set

Ace Toyz has released 1/6th scale figures for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. These are like Hot Toys figures if you're familiar with those, as they have fabric covering the joints to make them look more realistic. I purchased the set of 7, which is the main 5 MMPR rangers along with the Green and White Rangers. It's important to note that these are unofficial figures so they are not licensed by Hasbro. And honestly, I don't like them. I was severely disappointed by them, from inconsistent colors to being very difficult to swap hands (and breaking a few in the process), these are just not great quality for the high price tag. The only passable one is the MMPR White Ranger. So I would recommend if you're going to spend the money, save it for the official releases from ThreeZero that have been announced.

The red ranger is actually suppose to be able to hold the blaster and im sure that's what the stand is for is extra support for him holding it!!

I think the darker ones look a lot better because technically each time they morph there suits would be repaired from battle but there weapons wouldn’t

I hadn't heard of any 1/6 PR figures before (but that's because I'm not following really either, haha) but once I learned about threezero's officially licensed figures, I was all over it (just preordered it last night)! Super excited to get the team in a couple weeks 🙂

I have these figures and I love these lol. For a third-party, it's super cool and I was able to get these figures last year over the summer. I also ordered the Hasbro one so I can display season one version and season 2/3. Believe it or not, almost most people love the Ace Toyz Power Rangers and they are actually going to make Zeo and MMPR the movie 1/6 scale.

I would try and get a replacement for the yellow ranger. I've seen other videos about these figures and on everyone, her helmet and daggers matched the color of her suit. Maybe it's a quality control thing but that is really distracting. However, the Ace Toyz Pink Ranger is spot on.

Understandable that you dont really like these. Would love to see what you think of the official ones. These figures seem to be outside what your normally collect, but for a 1/6th collector like myself, I absolutely love these! Still undecided if I should get the official ones, but im keeping my eyes out for them! And yes you have to use the hairdryer to make sure you dont break the joints. For the peg being stuck in the hand. Also use a hairdryer to soften the plastic and remove it. The price point for these guys is justified for each figure considering Hot Toys are probably 3 times the amount, are licensed, and are better materials. But I will admit that the price point for the official ones is just the best bang for your buck. Def try to get used to using a hairdryer for joints, learning how articulation works on 1/6th figures and also how to use the 1/6 stands.

I saw a couple review for these. Personally I think it looks great as for the power weapon is understandable not because of their quality problem but the way they approaches it! They want to make it look damaged and after years of battle just like the yellow after years of battle damaged and years of air exposure it will turn out to look like that I think they did a pretty good job on that. But I don’t understand if the weapon is damaged weathering looking why they rangers suit look so clean? 🤨 for that part is kinda stupid either the whole thing is movie accurate very clean and new look or the whole thing is damaged version got some dirt or maybe blood on the suit it will look so good. As for the small detail parts such as the power morpher on their belt it’s not thay detail enough but is understandable as they are not official products and they do charge this figure at high price but not comparable to Hottoys prices. Hottoys is branded and they charge 2-3 times the price of these acetoys figure it’s because of their brand and also their detail on the figure. Overall i think it looks pretty good but for those who only wanted movie accurate version then this is not suitable for you. I haven’t check the official hasbro version yet so idk which one is better but if they included real life head sculpt then it would look badass. Lastly, just want to point out that I love watching your video as your video is too long but also very detail 👍🏻

I don't know if I've said this already but they should have copied the sh figuarts and just gone from those designs. You'd have perfect colors perfect proportions just everything the way it should be except possibly the height because Kimberly and Trini are actually not supposed to be the same height although when they're morphed it's a little different much like with Justin and turbo but that's just I don't know weird. LOL

The official three zero one is going to be 1000% identical to Ace toyz. It's literally the same thing, even down to the inaccurate Green Ranger Morpher. I think people are going to be disappointed thinking they are going to get something different (just because it's licensed).

Wicked and unprofessional? You some sort of knock-off schill for Ace Toys? The complaints are valid and the honesty is welcomed. I love unlicensed figures, especially ones for the Transformers line. When done right, they can provide a great bang for the buck. But these are more expensive than the official ones, and lack the finer details, so there's no reason to get these over the Threezero line.
