Every time I am in London, I am drawn back to Sir John Soane's museum. And every time I step into the house, I step into his special kind of magic.

We owe so much to the curators that have returned it to what it was when Sir John passed! Extraordinary lifelong effort by many!

Erdem is a very good presenter. His voice is calming. His tone patient, engaging, and informative. Please do a whole series with Erdem as narrator and host - thank you!

One of my favorite places in London. I love the un-museum like atmosphere, no pristine and clean surfaces, you feel like you are on a treasure hunt.

I love this place. It is very compelling, and you do indeed feel that Soane will be back in just a few minutes. A most cherished moment was from the first time I visited in the early 1990s and I was actually the only visitor there. I was admiring the Hogarths and the gentleman docent said hang on a mo and got a hooked stick and started unfolding the walls which aren't really walls but wall-sized panels that are hung with at least a couple of dozen Hogarths hidden within these "linen-fold" panels that were designed by Soane himself. You would never expect from just walking into the room that you were seeing only a fraction of Soane's collection of Hogarths. Absolutely magical. Thank you kind docent; I hope you are well.

I worked in Lincoln inn fields in the 90’s & didn’t realise this was where the Soane museum was. I must go back & visit. Fascinating

Experienced the home in 2004, it makes my mess look minimalist. An Amazing Collection to boggle the mind every step of the way. I'd go back if I get to go to London again.

I just love it when it’s museums tours ❤ Most museum tours out there are actual visitors and their phones passing through noisy crowds, so to have professional and quiet videos like this is a treat. Thank you!

I've seen another video about the cleaning and restoration of one of those rooms. That museum is full of so many beautiful things!

Absolutely stunning, to be sure, though grotesque in equal measure. A colonial treasure trove of stolen objects.

Duh, it's a museum. This revisionist approach to everything is so exhausting.

I’m sorry, but I bet you that about 80% of what you saw in those rooms are stole items.
