IMO, because this is monopolistic competition in which one of 4 assumptions is that there are VERY MANY of small sellers and buyers.

Hi; Thx for the awesome vid but I have one question; for a monopolistic competition, won't there only be only one producer in both short and long run? At least in the short run I'm kinda sure that then why did you count the effect of people entering the market because its really just dominated by that one producer right? Thx

Because, the demand curve for a firm is perfectly elastic and labeled MR=D=AR=P.Now do you understand baby?
