You forgot to mention that after pushing the tanks forward you can build the hedgehogs behind it so the enemy can’t push it back as far. Also you can use grenades to eventually destroy hedgehogs

i really love war. its a great idea and tons of fun. except that i seem to get nothing but braindead vegetables on my team while the enemies are the cod equivalent of bruce lee. ive lost so many games of war because my team seems to think laying down as far from the enemy as possible and picking 2 kills the entire match is a good strategy. ive played maybe 2 war matches where my team went anywhere near the objective

actually had a teammate guarding the A bunker on Neptune after it had been overrun and we were all fighting for B. had another teammate on Breakout sitting back by the flak guns looking up to check out the planes flying overhead. and i always love the one guy that sits in a corner with a shovel waiting for 1 enemy to walk in front of him. those guys contribute so much to the team (sarcasm)

Some basic strategy on the opening of Griffin, start with A or C, starting with B gives the defense the most access to you, whereas A or C there's fewer access points you need to be aware of. And you mentioned building g the wall between C and B... yes 100% essential on offense to further reduce the # of lanes to be concerned with. And of course, build the hedgehogs after your tank has passed them, sniping on offense is dumb as hell (generally unless you're a quickscope god), and get ahead of the tanks to clear the path rather than waiting for the defense to get to you

Fun Fact: when using the bipod all LMG reloads are faster. Didn't know that originally but now I know it's really useful!

Another quick tip is if you can get C tank across first, it's turret looks right down the whole trench. Also using bazookas and panzershreks to destroy walls and stuff can really help.

Damn wish i had seen this video yesterday. I was grinding out the division 2xp and didn't know a lot of what you showed in your vid. Had no idea you could throw the fuel tank or those sand bag tricks on escorting/contesting the tanks. And as a solo player need all the help i can get. The thing that drives me nuts is the part time snipers sitting back and doing nothing useful.

The enemy on the tank you pick off thru the truck window, you can also pick off on the right side cut like you mentioned, but much further back up the cut, you can get him thru the trees, you can't see him but he will give away his position when firing. Good tip when the guy on that tank turret is hard to get off.

Hunker with signal flares or bang with signal flares helps reduce defensive visibility! Works like a charm. Hunker challenge can be completed in a few games and bang gives you extra tactical. Equip with the expeditionary divisnion/lvl 4, and you'll have an endless resupply to keep spamming as the tank progresses!

On first section I find it really helpful to run horizontally across the map. If I go straight down a lane I tend to get picked off most of the time.

I like riding the tank to the finish on the last two sections. Jump onto the back crouch behind the turret. Easy kills on the left, right and behind the tank. II HIGH RISK II

There is a spot for c tank where you can stand behind one of the hills and see into wher the machine gun thing is, it is next to where the tank spawns on the left and it is really long range and very op at 9:53 the box that you look over is extremely wallbangable and is only really useful temporarily as enemies will discover that

Really good video dude. Loads of little great tips. The hardest bit as a solo player tho is the first stage which u didn't cover as well. Against an aggressive team the spawn trap they can get u in is a fierce one. Glad u mentioned map control first the escorting the tank tho. Any tips as a solo player for breaking their spawn trap (leading ur team out of the trap)??

Also a tip I use is that when you get the tank past one of the hedgehogs you should build it so if the other team kills everyone near the tank and they try to back it up the tank will be blocked by their own hedgehog and it will delay them from backing it up

Smokes and I think it’s exped for resupply is good on this map. A fuel First wall often has shotgun campers, so your route with b walls built helps here a lot. I often run a double lethal class for the fuel and tank escort as it’s nade city. Also, I think bazookas take out hedgehogs. Far less risky than setting charges? If you have friends playing, someone running a launcher can be handy :) but yeah overall, a good team makes a huge difference on this compared to Neptune. The amount of times I’ve not got tanks over the first stage due to team mates hanging back and sniping is infuriating. One other thing, on defence, if you are after shovel kills for daily orders or cammo challenges, smoke the tank and wail in...

I run expeditionary and concussed so I can constantly spam stuns and nades. It’s nice to run other ribbons besides ordinance and since there’s no killstreaks I like spamming nades on the tanks.

When you have teammates who suck at pushing tanks and it goes to overtime this is what I do. They usually push a and b so I'll go to c and move towards it and move away again and again to keep resetting the time so we don't loose while the other teammates keep pushing the tanks. so if they all die they still have time to get back to the tank cause I keep resetting the time on c. It actually works sometimes.

Ninja Star spawn trapping can happen but really only if teams are incredibly unbalanced and you just can't win gunfights. I've only seen it happen once and I play WAR pretty much exclusively

Ninja Star Everyone talking about Christmas noobs, I agree with how sweaty 2x griffin has been. I see some new players in headquarters and remember how many new players are getting on until I get in game. Two times has been so sweaty with people leveling up their divisions and completing the snow map challenges. All I play is war except for challenges in other modes and have never seen it so crazy. The expeditionary challenge meant tacticals for days plus the incinerary fire challenge meant combat shotguns everywhere after they were buffed for no reason.
