Info: The HMP Gunship you want is only available in Era 4. Tip 1: Asajj Ventress is a Stealth unit, and reveals both space units and ground structures. Tip 2: If you integrate the Commerce Guild, you will be able to build the upscaled versions of the Providence and Recusant.

AV means "anti-vehicle weapon" AI means "anti-infantry weapons"

The dev team actually made it so Jedi heal from infantry fire. So you're better off just using vehicles, corey suggests a boatload of speeder bike scouts.

Intel: the abandon sensor dishes you capture on the ground battles have a sensor ping ability. So for the last ground battle you didn't need to send your forces to scout.

Oh it's kinda rad that you get a protodeka. I remember them as the semi-final boss fight in Star Wars: The Clone Wars (The movie tie-in one with the LAAT on the cover). Basically a massive floating gunship fortress. Like a lucrehulk for ground battles...if it still fills the same role.

35:00 Correction: the "Turbo" before "Laser Cannon" denotes the way the particle stream is created. You could technically have a PD Turbo Laser Cannon for AA duties, like that on the Legends CR90: the side cannons are TLs, despite their AA role.

Well the republic kind of did, the blue in their lasers came from them having a special type of supercharge that kind of had a half and half effect between the normal lasers and ion, so they did extra against droids and computer systems

Protodeka is the most powerful CIS unit in the game FYI. Its the CIS version of the A6 Juggernaut.

AV stands for Anti-Vehicle. It's completely understandable that your mind would draw a blank. The reason why I think it's completely understandable is because your mind was probably focused on micromanaging all of your units.

In the old RPG game that literally served as a basis for all the books and things of the lore of the old expanded universe continuity, the ion cannons actually passed through shields and were used to damage a ship's systems. Concussion missiles are more suited for fighters in their lightest version. However, VSDs (Victory-class Star Destroyers) possess their Assault model, which is much better suited to attack capital ships because concussion missiles have deeper penetration than proton torpedoes which explode on impact.

Hey shack did you know the canon reason republic blaster bolts are blue is because the gas used is heavily ionized to better damage the Droid combatants so technically all clone blasters have ion ammunition

It might be that you'll have to either focus down Jedi with vehicles (rough considering how easily Jedi smash vehicles even if one at a time.) Or try to catch them in orbit before they ever land. Again, rough as they'll either be in a transport and running, or in a fighter and impossible to catch before they retreat...

Fun fact: even if the Turbolaser and teh Capital Ships are limited by the Ruusan treat, the cruisers and Mass Drivers technicallya re not because no one remember to say it and because no one believes the mass drivers are a threat XDDDD

A protodeka is a droid gunship that was introduced in an old Star wars game, the same that introduced the saber tank. It is a flying vehicle bristling with missiles and armed with 2 turbolaser grade cannons (turbolasers being essentially the star wars equivalemt to a naval weapon, each with different yield range) able to generate powerful shockwaves. In lore they were considered too expensive for mass production, despite the fact that it took the republic to focus all forces on the few present in their introductory battle to beat them, as they were ALSO shielded. Few planets could afford to deply them, and each time they were devastating for republic forces.

It is great at what it does but it has a role and clear weaknesses Such as it has no anti inf guns, it's slow as shit so in thr event thr player makes a mistake or is out manuvered it can't escape to save its life

Not sure if this goes for the transport variant but I know the gunships each have their own separate AI so technically if they wanted to leave the separatists and help the republic they could there was nothing that would stop them from doing that

facts about the CIS there are 3 varients of the lucrehulk, the battle carrier which has some medium turbolasers and lasers cannons but a lot of fighters Battleship, more shields and turbolasers, and the samount of fighters control ship, carries an average amount of fighters with one turbolaser also yes, the clones did almost always use ion weapons unless its space combat blue lasers usually means ion, and clones weaponry is always blue (not sure why the venator's mean turbolasers are blue though)

For the Turbolasers on the Venator, if I had to hazard a guess, I would say it's for shelling the droid ships and taking out their shields until they close within fighter distance. Once they close to Fighter distance, they let loose the bombers to finish them, plus the Turbolasers, even Ionized, still pack a punch against armor.

My personal suggestion is to take the planet north of Deko Nemodia to hold the crossroad or even the sector itself to then fortify and secure a push into the center and cover your large ship production.

Personally I'd push to take duro and chasin to secure your flank then fortify at the choke planets as you push to open a route to deko nemodia before pushing along that crossroads with the ultimate goal of eithering taking kuat or at least besiege it so they can't make use of its capital ship yards

Not 100% certain this works but whenever killing lightsaber hero’s I think there is a difference in how much damage is done to them based on which way they are facing. So if you surround them they die quickly instead of being an unkillable monster

Nop, force users heal with absorbed infantry shots it's why bikes with weak guns or slow vehicles will kill them as long as they don't get hit by the saber easily But never die if there's an infantry unit shooting at it
