I tried using this gun and couldn’t hit a damn shot. Not a fan. If you wanna try something different, try the M16. It’s an actual good 3 round burst. Try building it for ranged fights. Also just generally speaking I love the SMGs and the Shotguns.

This update is dissapointing for me. The models/feeling of the guns are awefull. Looks really undetailed, bad overlay/skin, bad animations (especially snipers), bad optics (looks bad to look through them), bad performance compared to MW guns. It feels like they copied and pasted the guns and didn´t look into them. No really change in ground loot, just added CW weapons, no really tweaks to the MW guns, no map change, no new vehicles (ok the copter got a pretty big buff where you can get invisible lol) and etc. Warzone is my favorite FPS atm and seeing this patch doesn´t really change the meta at all, dissapoints me. Think they where to ambitious about this update and couldn't deliver it. I'm actually sad for this.

I hate the snipers but I'm liking some of the ARs. The Famas is 100% a beast with its really clean grau level ironsights which means you can invest attachments in other places, and I did really well with the QBZ. I used that blueprint that you unlock at the beginning of the battle pass and i was surprised at how good it was. I also really like the Groza. The SKS Cold War variant is also surprisingly good. There's barely any recoil on the thing and it shoots FAST

Same I've had more success with blw than I ever did with the HDR. The only difference but I really fill in most of the engagements but I'm willing to take on is the end on fight Street. And that's been not much of a factor for me.

@@geraldrichards540 i got to unlock everything on it and it feels like it, once you get the barrel that ads only bullet velocity (wich gives the biggest increase) and the agency supressor(its now like the mono supressor) it has no drop until 270. i played for a while in plunder and i was hitting shot at 270with no drop, if they are moving you have to lead but theres wasnt really any drop, after 270 you start to have to aim a bit up.

I really think the Cold War Barret 50 Cal. is a bit better than the rest of the snipers (even if it has a slower ads time), due to the fact that it has a high fire rate and its aim gets centered right after you fired, on the place you fired at first.. I know that due to a blueprint I got in a pre-game lobby, where Barret was a monster! If i can make a loadout that its ads gets reduced, then I think it's a good combetitor.. Also, look for muzzle flash reduction attachments cause it lowers the area where the enemies can see you at the map.. Personally, I love the snipers and the ARs in this implementation, even if they are worse than the MW ones..

That's what I was thinking, especially when he was talking about the bullet velocity issue, when looking at the base stats compared to the hdr it has more range and the hdr has more range than the kar98. Don't know exactly what their new stats are yet obviously but I could see this as a real contender to the hdr. I am hoping that people figure out the weapon stats soon.

Im very disapointed from Cold war sniper rifles in Warzone. I was excited about Pelington 703 (m24 rifle) but now i see so developers didn't do much work on this. Rifle has same sound as SPR (M700 remington) and the Aim down sight animation is also ugly, not smooth like other MW sniper rifles, but with a strange round motion and zoom in is not smooth. And rifle has brutal bullet drop on longer distances (ultra zoom 20x is absolutely unusable optic). I hoped so Pelington will be similar characteristic to HDR when he is in the Sniper rifle class (and not in marksman class). I would be happy if the Pelington (and other CW rifles) had the similar characteristics like HDR, AX50, atc... in the future and same attachements like MW sniper rifles.

For hidden gems I would say Most or all Tac Rifles, The Krig, XM4, the QBR, AK74, For the SMG's, I would say Mp5, Ak74u, Milano, And for the shotguns I would say The spas, Maybe the Hauerr, For snipers I would go strictly with the pellington until they fix the cold war snipers.

noticed lately that the CW ARs dont really perform the same level as in MW. the Burst weapons seems to be broken af with their one-burst downs, by far, the pellington is the only one I have most comfort on the snipers, LW3 is also usable just the difference of ADS speed between Pellington and LW3. Mac10 is a CW wep iirc that is one of the best SMG and the AK74u too. So imo, these are the weapons only worth using: AK74u Mac10 Pellington LW3 M16 Cold war AUG

GROZA, FFAR, MAC-10, AKS-74U and Milano are all really competitive at the minute. The MAC-10 has insane TTK and ADS. Worth a look for sure. Overall I agree with you - they need to fix and standardise the BO weapons & attachments to fit in WZ. The BO attachments should be equivalent to the MW attachments with some variation of course, but otherwise behave similarly. The guns themselves need work too. I honestly thought they were going to introduce BO weapons in a consistent way with WZ, but this is not the case which is hugely disappointing. It is symptomatic of the wider issue though - they're ultimately trying to stitch together content from 2 differing games on 2 different engines and still maintain some semblance of similarity between gameplay so people can switch between them. Where WZ and MW work together flawlessly, BO is and totally feels like a separate game. Everything should and hopefully will move to a single, well designed and capable engine and f2p game (aka WZ) and that is simply used to tell stories from the CoD universe via new games built using that engine each year. Perhaps that is how it'll go, because BO would have obviously been in development for a while before they could see how successful WZ was going to be, so hindsight is 20/20. But anyway, lets wait and see.

Alternative setup: Wrapped Suppressor 29.1 recon barrel Default optic Default stock Bipod grip 7 round mag No laser (because it’s pointless) And jungle grip With the LW3 less is more, the ads will still be slow at 550ms but at least you’ll have a bullet velocity superior to a meta HDR build.

Cold War MP5 is dank. Absolute laser close/mid range, I like it as an ADS focused alternative to my hipfire MW MP5. It almost feels like an MP7 that just straight up kills faster. And the lower bullet velocity of CW guns doesn't hurt as much on an SMG.

A hidden gem is the AK74u. Thing is basically a good pocket AK that takes SMG ammo. Btw not sure if you know but today's update had the Agency/GRU suppressors modified to be like the Monolith suppressor

Overall Cold War sucks. Compared to Modern Warfare. Most of everyone i know and play with rather play MW then CW. The sniping in Modern Warfare is so satisfying compared to the bland game-play of Cold war. Unless they revamp the whole came i have wasted time and money on the new call of duty. The game feels like something we would have played 8 or 10 years ago. Cold War is very choppy and lacks the movement and gun realism we see in Modern Warfare. I think Cold War isn't getting the numbers they thought it would, which is why they immediately put Nuke Town in the game. Still scattering to get on its feet they are now trying to add Cold War to Warzone. This will not help because of what i have already previously stated. The game is lacking in all aspects compared to MW. Not enough realism in movement, game-play, and is lacking the play style we have all enjoyed in MW. Just my thoughts... Love your videos Stodeh.

Unfortunately the mac has an upside being the agency suppressor doesn't decrease the velocity, only the damage range. So the mac can actually go suppressed and benefit from it... lol

@@devindameron so far most meta build seem to take other better atachment that play to the MAC 10s strength better than the agency because the limitation of MW pick 5 system, furthermore the R90 is a reliable to twap up too 8m, the mp5 is good to 13 and the MAC to 15m, by attaching the agency you get rid one of its largest advantages with that 15m drop of, same reson TGD didnt have it in his build, furthermore you dont need it for the same reason people dont rub the R9 0 supressed, at the shortest ranges where it is king its almost unnecessary and again, the attachment alot could be better used to furthermore up its strengths at the close range

The AK74U has been good for me in WZ. It’s like the MW aug with the 5.56 ammo conversion. It hits like an assault rifle in close to mid range but uses pistol ammo. I prefer using red dot sights on it, the iron sights feel awkward in WZ for me with the console FOV. I use the last barrel, the 50 round fast mags, the elastic grip, the second to last fore grip, and a red dot, which I can’t name rn. When using iron sights I used the second to last muzzle attachment. Still preferred the red dot instead. My secondary is a pistol with full loaded to cheese out more ammo.

Just because y'all spent 40+ to buy cold war and max out its weapons, doesn't mean we should be getting one-shot fucked in Warzone.. It should be a skill-based battle royale, not a pay to win game.. So, stop complaining, let that sink in.. Not everybody has the money to enjoy the game at its fullest.

The ffar is good but you have to mag dump, the m16 and dmr 12 are the gods at headshots, the stoner 63 is a-b tier (better at mid range) and the pen is the best sniper or equal to the kar98k. Apart from the obvious mac 10, there isn't really anything I would recommend much, mw has better guns and all the pros of cw guns can be counterd easy. I would like you to do a loadout with the ffar and kar98, mag dump with the ffar and that use a 3x vkl sight on the kar98 to finish of the downed hostiles but it's really up to you.

Just use the CW AUG. Mid range monster. No burst delay in warzone. 2 burst kill from full plates at least if you hit minimum 1 headshot. It's the most op thing I've tried in a while.

They’ve fucked it. These are just ported animations. It doesn’t feel like warzone at all. Such a massive lack of immersion, which I like even more than gameplay. But this, this isn’t an integration. It’s a fuck up.

Most of the CW ARs and Smgs beat out the MW guns at close range.... they lack bullet velocity so you should pair with a sniper.... but I’ve been having fun with the krig 6 vs meta kilo

You should try the Type 63! It's a DMR that shoots AR bullets and it's actually quite good and fun. I just tried the blueprint you get on lvl 3 or something. Had fun for sure.

There's a couple cold war guns that are insanely good, mac 10, type 63, dmr, famas, groza. I've been shredding with the bullfrog but my matches have also been a lot luckier than normal so that's probably why.

the mac 10 and a few ARs are the only viable guns. everything else is hot garbage. BUT there is one neat little CW gun that is absolutely broken, the diamatti akimbo pistols... holy shit this gun is the single best gun in warzone for close quarter combat, no shotgun and no smg can compete. its so overpowered, its ridiculous.

The only good guns from Cold War are m16, mac10, mp5, ak74u, peltington and the xm4 the rest of the weapons need a buff

I really like the variety of CW attachments compared to MW, and they aren't as meta as a monolithic and longest barrel, but in Warzone you can't experiment as much when you're just going to be killed by a meta MW weapon. A full rebalance might by the only way.

M60 is so OP it melts so fast and not even affecting mobility even in full attachment, instead it increased using a move-speed grip my mobility is like 60% compare to a MW LMG that you lose a lot of mobility using all attachment slots. And Stod my boi do a M82 next its my fav sniper of all time in any game for a early christmas present!

The write up says the LW3 is a kill with shots to the chest, shoulder or head. I say, lies! A couple of the assault rifles and smg’s seem ok, but upgrading them is a slog, I’m not a fan of Cold War, it just doesn’t feel write. They need to bring back shipment and all Cold War guns in it

Cold War guns for close range seem to shred. Groza, mac, ffar etc. but until they ad attachments these guns won’t compete at mid-long range. But I doubt they’ll leave it like this

Truegamedata's uptodate testing seems to show that LW3 with the changed agency suppressor and the barrel you recommend anyway actually has higher bullet velocity and only slightly more bullet drop than the HDR fully decked out.

Nah don’t mess with the warzone guns. If the cold war guns are crap in warzone then leave them in Cold War. The mac-10 is crazy but I don’t have Cold War so I’m not gonna try and level it up in warzone or plunder
