I'm the mod maker, the Death Note probably bugged because the Little Girl isn't killable and because Cartoonz tried to kill the Little Girl, it threw an error and the rest of the code didn't run... currently fixing it now :)

My theory on what happened with the invisible bracken of 34:45: There's a mod that lets hoarding bugs use items, and I saw when he crashed they had it on the server. Maybe a hoarding bug picked up the death note and used it, and it just happened to choose Toonz.
