I don't like the Pogues this episode, JJ is clearly having a (very warranted) mh crisis and turning to alcoholism and they don't give a shit. Like they ignore all his very obvious trauma because its easier for them - like jj said he wished he got shot and Pope just stood there and said/did nothing.

Well you have to understand JJ to know why they did that lol they know him by now & the more they push the more defensive & cruel he gets. Look at John B trying to cheer him up telling him he wants him to be godfather to his unborn child. We all saw how he treated Kie when they returned home from the island. JJ is like a feral wounded animal. It’s better to just keep an eye on him instead of love bombing him.
