When your snipers got hit, you could make it into several teams. Some of them keep shooting zombies, and the-being-hit one retreat to the backward. This will help you reduce the damage.

Bind show healthbar to a numpad key number. Press that key and numlock (while numpad is activated) at the same time to always show the health bars.
