Applause for the script writer to have created the ML character with brains. The typical childhood sweethearts separated with the jade pendant storyline, who were able to recognise each other as adults not just because of the jade pendant, but he had the brains to ask her to verify if she was the real one. And she could give him lot of references which had me cracking up- "mole on the but, bed wetting for a week, use urine to tear up the ant nest, and the back of the p........." These embarrassing moments of his life would be known to only both of them. And the female lead exposed the imposter in front of the ML by asking her a fraudulent question about an incident in their childhood, which she answered incorrectly. Rest of the story is he hiding his identity to protect her and marries her and encourages her to achieve her own goals and career. In between the the storyline is the motley crew of evil doers who are trying their best to harm and humiliate the FL. PS: Simple storyline without much complications with the lead pair characters having complete trust in each other and looking after each others back. It is an entertaining watch. The leads are seasoned actors and you will enjoy their performance.

I just didn't want to watch another FL get ran over time after time and never getting a backbone. But because of your comment I'm going to finish it.

**Spoilers** **7/10** Not a bad show, not great but definitely not bad. 2 veterans leads of the Chinese short dramas and they work well together, loved all scenes and interactions. Downside is the messy plot, its quite basic and simple but quite incoherent at times and gets pretty silly in plots leaving a lot to be desired. Characters are ok but at times pretty useless, especially at the started when ML promises to destroy FLs evil "Family" but then keep letting them constantly cross the line and doing a terrible job at protecting his so called wife and true love, there were just too many instances like that and it just makes ML look foolish and utterly useless. Writers also added their favorite plot device the rape drug so that ML ends up assaulting FL, which was completely unnecessary and pointless, maybe these stupid and sick writers just love rape, who knows. Watchable if you can put up with the stupid scenarios.
