My theory: gurupandian still has 5years of ruling government, so in this 5 years rocky will build his empire, and in between there will be minor clashes between adheera and Rocky's army, as adhera underestimate's Rocky's power. After the fall of gurupandian, ramika could assign a CBI enquiry to make rocky aware, thinking he is small, we can see still officials car's like white ambassador and police jeep arresting workers in trailer, and rocky as a warning might blowup the police station(which for some reason, its in bangalore). Even after many attemps by government and rocky's internal conflicts from adheera and pillars of kgf, she may enforce the army. The pillars of kgf are still helping rocky with no choice,(if not how can the heroine be so chill with rocky in fields).while there is army in kgf, rocky fed up with all this, enters parliament🔥, here we can expect a conversation between ramika and rocky, as attack on parliament isn't a normal issue, mighy create lot of heat in country, and those incidents cannot be erased from record. Either rocky will die or give up on his duniya for the people. No wonder they sculpted his face on stone. know there can be infinite possibilities, but its my theory.
