The show was produced by multiple Nordic countries and first aired on 25 October 2019 in Norway. It's a teen vampire drama about Dracula, the original vampire, who turns his lover into his own kind, but his lover can't bear to be turned into a vampire, and the blood that comes out of her self-sacrifice fuses with Dracula's tears to create 13 rubies with different functions, which are owned by the major vampire clans that have sealed Dracula away.
The descendants learn from each other's family gifts to stop Dracula from collecting the gems and turning all humans into shadow vampires.
