+ you realy should try essence river and mortal reminder combo it give you extrem boke / bsic attack power thanks to 50% crit plus it will deal nice damage into tanks over all its broken

vlad is a tricky opponent to play against in lane since he can poke and vamps at the same time, try to poke him at the same time when he tries to poke you, and don't do trade when his passive bar is full, since it'll hit harder and vamps more
