Absolutely killed it. Whilst it makes the challenge harder, I like the idea of them using thick bread instead of extra bun middles to layer the burger, because middle buns get minging when the bunger is drenched and filled with that much crap!

Wait for it....... Watching this after one hour dental hygienist appointment and 4 banana and 2 avocado milkshake and whilst contemplating a litre and a half of veg juice made from cucumber, celery, tomatoes and carrots! I'd have said the same a few years ago. A normal meal would fill me right up, I never had bread/toast with things, never had desserts etc. Then I stopped smoking, and ate and ate and ate for months. After about 4 months my stomach must have stretched or something because now I can absolutely trench food, I often go places where they sell 2 meals for the price of 1 and get 2 for myself, then I'll still be hungry going home so grab a chippy. You wouldn't think to look at me, I'm only 16st at 6' tall (not exactly slim but still trim) but I could easily beat some of these challenges Beard does and then some. Not of all them, he's definitely a level above my piggery, but I could beat the mostly meaty or veg based ones, it's white bread that's my nemesis so no massive pizzas etc. The major downside is never feeling full and having to reign yourself in almost constantly. That's horrible, always feeling hungry yet knowing if you always eat whenever you feel hungry you'll end up a blimp. I have to limit myself to 3.5k calories a day or I just start ballooning.

This is actually very dangerous to his health. I wonder what his cholesterol/ sugar levels are. He is still young but is doing himself no favors. There are other healthier ways to earn money. Plus he is at high risk for early colon cancer with all the red meat and saturated fats he eats. Not good.
