I used to manage large projects which often included team members from different countries. Always when we got Swedish people on the team they were the worst. I remember we had a guy in Australia who changed his sleep schedule so he can work in an EU timezone so we could do skype meetings. The Swedish guys wouldn’t even stay 15 minutes past knock off time just to wrap the details up. you can make up whatever narrative you want. most people do. i don't play FACEIT because after playing Premier with no delay at CS2 release, i had a chat that is several times as active, and i get to have actual conversations with chat - not just FACEIT chat bots that don't give two shits about what stream they're in, as long as they are watching "high elo". also I get streamsniped every single game on FACEIT if I play it on zero delay. you have no idea what that feels like.
