My interpretation of the storyline in this video: The girl was feeling sad, which TWICE noticed on their screen and decided to go cheer her up. Crossing between the anime and real world is apparently against the law, which is why the police chased them. JYP agreed with their decision and helped them cross over into the real world, which is why he is now in jail.
