If we're on the topic of Among Us, As someone who watches Alpharad stream Modded Among Us Every Monday, i recommend checking out a game or two from their lobby. Some of them upload edited versions, like on Jacob's 2nd channel "Alpharad Live" Jaiden's 2nd channel, "Jaiden" or "Altrive plus"

This is one of my favorite Smi77y vids. I love that everyone played along with it full heartedly when they all started doing it to the point they would rather incriminate themselves than just refer to the characters by their colors. I became Wildcats' pet for a few rounds is another Smi77y video that is like this that is also really good. It's probably my favorite video from him.

Another youtuber, ZeRoyalViking, also has these kind of Pronoun games. The crew that he is with also did a monochrome Among Us match or two as well. They can be pretty long videos, so you might need to edit your reaction down. But the confusion on those kind of games typically led to imposter victories, but it was still fun to watch the confusion. Not sure where he stands on reactors for his videos, but you can try reaching out to him and asking. He is pretty chill, so I don't think he would mind too much, if you edit and transform for fair use.

If you liked this, then I think you would really enjoy videos by either ChilledChaos or ZeRoyalViking. They do mostly multiplayer games like among us or Town of Salem. Usually they do modded Among Us that adds roles and proximity chat which adds a whole lot of layers to the game. If you do decide to react to either, I'd recommend watching a compilation video because their regular content is more watching the whole round and not edited like this which isn't exactly the most reaction friendly content.
