The XG label is XGALX/AVEX JAPAN the person who created this group is a 2nd generation kpop group DMTN member JAKOPS Simon (Japanese and korean half/nationarity is japanese/a one time AVEX trainee)and he started this company of XGALX which is a subsidiary of avex japan.

Their company called XGAL under avex I believe and YGe and YGX have a partnership with avex as well , you can say they are somehow relate but at the same time YG said they have nothing to do with them ,they just lend them their facilities and some mentors when they were in Korea doing their evaluations
