I think a lot of it boils down to player expectation cause their comments are still valid. He doesn't have permanent CD, he doesn't have card protection, he didn't get much for new DMG multipliers so it makes sense to be critical on him. I honestly don't think they'll ever make LF Zenkai's that will address every single issue and jump them into the top 10 anymore, the current top 10 is so stacked that the amount of crap they'd have to give an LF is just unrealistic for them to perform. I'm mostly judging him from the delta between pre and post Zenkai, they gave him enough to perform in this meta but he won't "excel" and I guess that's the difference.

​@@Raiyuden I'm just glad his Zenkai are not Dabura. Man Dabura so ass I feel want to throw up cause they dare Zenkai a unit that way. I'm sure Zenkai won't be Top 10 Unit no more without caveat (LL Kid Buu is good because he didn't have special cover change/absolute stop to enemy combo though he did have debuff enemy when get hit by art). Tldr: He's not mid from the get go of Zenkai release.

Surprsingly everyone says dabura sucks and honestly I just use him for pure support, he tanks well and reduces ki by 50 on cover change which helps put a stop to combos, he gives 10% (is it 10?) of health back when an ultimate is activated on an ally while he is on standby, and he gives back ki when switching out which is honestly amazing in my case. Keep in mind this is on my team, im running buu bros.

I think the both of those units fell off due to both having no real coherent teams that needed them, but Trunks had it worse than Cell did due to his kit being designed as a pseudo support to Hybirdd

@@Zeviak no their different, rage trunks is just a shitty rage boost trunks got to try and hold off black and zamasu, SoH is trunks using the power gathered from everyone in his timeline to power up his ki sword to finsh off zamasu, not to mention SoH isn't really a transformation, plus if I remember correctly, trunks was in ssj2 when he went rage and was in ssj1when using SoH(I don't know if that was actually the case but I'm assuming that was how they went)

The only problem i have with this trunks is that his damage is barely crossing even 200% when he isn't fighting PO or FF. Other than that he looks decent at best. No card destruction immunity will definitely be an issue for this guy as well.
