I think it will break your heart but siesta dead is permanent event in the series but she made an Android by herself that has same appearense and personality (can be seen in season 2) but we all know she is not real siesta she died .thats why in ln the kimizuka was so much hesitating to accept Android siesta . Spoiler alert the went to sleep without having sex you can tell by the state of his appearance hers and also the look of the bed now as far as the light novels go I don't know because I haven't read them but in the anime their appearance and how the bed looked the next morning you need to carefully examine them and their surroundings the morning afterwards because none of the characters ever clearly answerIt. Thus this is one of those situations where two people spent the night in the same bed but that by itself isn't proof positive of the aforementioned people having had sexual intercourse in that same bed especially when when how common it is to the point of it being a bit of a cliche as far as anime story tropes are concerned for two people of the opposite sex to wake up In the same bed not even having had foreplay, let alone sexual intercourse in said bed!!!
