They basically scream in Tom Cruise's face, daring him to sue. They literally call him a "fudge packer"... Matt and Trey are very on top of this stuff, they've gone after everybody daring them to sue and they're always careful to arrange things so they get away with it. The only time they were censored was the Family Guy episode because they talked about Mohamad and Comedy Central cucked.

They must prove that it was the intent of the person they are suing to damage their reputation AND that they knew 100% that the claims they made were false. That's a very high bar to prove in court.
