He was from P-town (churchland/twin pines) & kinda spoke like James Brown or jangle leg (from the movie Life). His last name was Robinson. He would rest his tongue between the gap/missing teeth in the front of his mouth & smoke cigarettes. His hygiene was horrible & he would literally chase us as little girls in the 80’s. He was not crazy he actually had good sense. From my understanding he wasn’t always that way. Tbh his entire family was a little delayed. We were told he was thrown from a balcony in prison.
